The resort grounds and garden were beautiful and peaceful, great for relaxing or a picnic in the evening.

Breakfast was disappointing with very limited variety, and the dining room felt cramped. We had a power outage one morning. Although the property is marketed as a 4-star resort on Booking.com, our room was actually in the 3-star section. The bathroom needs better maintenance - the shower head leaked from the top and there was visible mold on the tiles around the tub. There were no coffee/tea facilities in the room by default. Housekeeping was inconsistent: after the first night, our room wasn't properly cleaned again, only towels were replaced and trash emptied. Welcome water bottles were also not replenished during the stay.
We arrived around 7 PM to find our daughter's extra bed unmade. Although it may have been a booking error, the evening staff refused to set it up, stating that the responsible employee had already gone home. Refusing to assist guests in the evening is poor customer service.
Very nice hotel , with an amazing garden. Breakfast is good, missing only a few touches ( Nutella, some pasties or banitsa).has for some days . The room was big and clean ( junior suite) from room 101 - 104 the ground floor was even better as we had a baby with us and I smoke.
The restaurant at the hotel is very good ( not cheap).
At a walk of 200 meters you can also enjoy the swimming pool at Arbanasi villa with free towels.

Czysto, gustownie, spokój, piękny wewnętrzny ogród, sympatyczna obsługa. Komfortowy i stylowo wykończony pokój.
Ograniczony wybór dań na śniadanie - ale nie może to dziwić, nie jest to obiekt przyjmujący kilkudziesięciu gości na raz. Natomiast to co było przyrządzone, było smaczne i świeże.
