ほっこり＆コスパ良し♡
Pros:

ロケーションが最高です。
部屋から鑁阿寺が一望でき、とても癒されました。
建物自体は年代を感じるものがありますが、掃除が行き届いていて気持ちがいい。部屋も広くてゆったり出来ました。無料の朝食サービスも美味しかった。
豪華なビュッフェではないですが十分。
コーヒーも美味しかった。

シャンプーセットやパジャマの貸し出しも助かりました。　それと！館内の全ての水がマイナスイオン水なんです。我が家はアルカリイオン水を飲んでいるので普通の水道水の塩素の味が苦手だったので、これは嬉しかったです。

スタッフもハートフルな接客で、笑顔が皆さん良かったです。夕飯は近くのお店を色々紹介してくれて、美味しいお店に行けました。　
リピート決定です。

Cons:

ただ一つ、残念だったのはお風呂が昔のユニットバスで小さいので身体の大きな主人はキツくてかえって疲れてしまった様です。大浴場があれば◎でした。
シャワーだけなら問題無し。
近くに銭湯があるのでそこに行くのも○かと。

Very good hotel just Across Beautiful Banna-ji temple
Pros:

Amazing location across Banna-ji temple and few mins away from Ashikaga Gakko. Large, Simple, functional and clean rooms; pillows and beds were comfortable; attentive staff (guy with some English not the lady). Breakfast delicious and a great bonus. Tasty coffee in the morning. Free Parking but we didn’t har a car this time. We would stay again and recommend to others

ロケーションと人の温かさ
Pros:

高齢の親がいることを事前に伝えると、段差への配慮や家族が近くの部屋になるよう配慮していただけました。安心して泊まることができました。
ホテルのすぐ前が鑁阿寺というロケーション。そして足利では珍しい大雪に遭遇したので素敵な景色を見ることができました。
朝食も美味しく頂きました。
