Good location, comfortable room, delicious food.
Pros:

Good location in the heart of Attingal centre, easy access to all areas, with parking facilities.
Breakfast served in restaurant by pleasant and courteous staff. All food ordered including breakfast, snacks and dinner was delicious and delivered efficiently. Room was comfortable and quiet even though we were in the city centre we did not hear any noise.

Cons:

Washing and toilet area could have been cleaner, especially the toilet. Cleanliness is generally a standard that is expected by all overseas travellers so please bear this in mind especially if marketing outside India. No hot water to have a wash which was disappointing.
Air conditioning did not work properly and leaked. The control was suspended dangerously from ceiling. We don't think this is a safe method for storing the control. Hotel passageway on the floor we stayed could have been cleaner but there was work going on at the time so maybe this was why the area looked a little untidy. Apart from that, staff were generally polite. With training they have potential to be more professional and meet expected standards.

Stay if there is no option!
Pros:

Good location and infrastructure but, poorly maintained.

Cons:

Not well maintained. The hotel has good potential but, need some trained staff with good service mindset.

But, for a place like attingal, can't expect more.

Paid 2500 for value of 1200!!
