Pros:

Wellnessbereich und Zimmer sehr schön, der nette Herr an der Rezeption hat uns den Wellnessbereich netterweise bissl früher geöffnet. So konnte man ihn gut nutzen auch wenn man abends nicht im Hotel ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Zimmer waren für angebliche 4 Sterne nicht in Ordnung

Cons:

Wir haben dieses Hotel extra wegen dem Spar und wegen dem Restaurant gebucht doch leider war beides geschlossen
Es war nichtmal eine Person am empfang zum Check in
Wir mussten es an einem Automaten selber machen das hat erst nach dem 4 ten Mal funktioniert
ACHTUNG an alle Allergiker es laufen Katzen im Haus frei herum
Von außen hätte ich vermutet das das haue schon sehr lange geschlossen ist

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sehr geräumig trotz Anreise mit 2 Katzen

Cons:

Es gab eine kleine Unstimmigkeit mit dem Checkout und wir haben fast 2 Stunden niemanden erreicht der uns helfen konnte
