Pros:

I'm sure in season this resort is amazing. The staff were really friendly.

Cons:

The room was ridiculously small considering the cost. I appreciate this is out of season. But it was really expensive considering most things weren't available.

Great location, but lots of waiting around!
Pros:

Excellent location and fantastic facilities for kids.

Cons:

The hotel was clearly understaffed. We waited in a long line to check in and waited over half an hour for the swimming pool to open for no apparent reason. There was just no staff member there to open up despite the opening hours being clearly stated on check in the day before.

It was a very pleasant stay - great location- for all the sites.
Pros:

Central to Aviemore town Centre and the beautiful view in the surrounding area

Cons:

No plug sockets beside the bedside cabinets- in my room not sure about others.

Pros:

The staff were brilliant when you could find them. Everyone was very helpful.

Cons:

The staffing level was very low. The same staff were covering multiple stations so we had to wait for them to complete one task before they were available in another part of the hotel.

Small double room way too small
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location. Offers lots of options for meals, activities and entertainment.

Cons:

First time we’ve stayed in the courtyard. Listed as a small double. It’s a glorified single bed. Cupboard doors don’t open as there’s not enough room. The bags on the floor just make it even more hazardous. Noise of the water pump is ridiculously loud (I know it’s needed but still mental). 100% overpaid for this room. Tried to complain but reception asked me to email it in, email asked me to speak to reception:-). Have stayed plenty of time and Will stay again but will never stay in the courtyard again.
