Hotel was unable to supply us with type of room that was booked. Due to the time of day I felt I had no option I had to sleep in an uncomfortable camp bed.
When the manager was approached I was told that I would have to take my complaint up with booking.com
Emplacement, personnel sympa
Big family resort, but not a very fancy one. The rooms were fine, well suited for a family w kids, who had their own room w bunkbeds.
It was a big “industry”, lots of people, very busy restaurant in the morning we needwd to queue for 5-10 min before seated. Breakfast was rather average. The rooms were OK but the window couldn’t close properly and everything had a rather outdated run-down feel. We should’ve been better off with a smaller more cosy and better kept place for the same price.
The outdoor area was by far the best part
Our room was not suitable for a double and single bed. You couldn't walk without shuffling past beds. The room overall was battered and desperately needs some updating. The slide in the pool area was sectioned off, and we weren't able to use the jacuzzi because it was on an exaggeratedly long off timer.
I had booked 3 rooms. One of the rooms we got was extremely dirty- had tissue papers lying around on the toilet seat, milk in some glass, hair on the floor. (And this was not a case of early check in, rather a late on). Would not recommend booking the annex building rooms since they are quite small.
Excellent staff very friendly, great clean room ,upgraded when we checked in,fantastic
Nothing to complain about, was all very good
location
it wasnot clean
Great playpark for kids outdoors, other facilities for children - although for extra cost
Small bathroom, cot had to be requested multiple times before brought to the room. Old “used” feeling from the room - loud pipes in the bathroom, blocked drain in the shower, absolutely no noise cancelling from the other rooms.
Extra cost for breakfast is mad.
The setting is lovely. Good facilities for kids.
The room I got was like a hostel. It had no bedside light or table. The shower had hairs in it and the tray filled up with water. There was also a strong smell of curry.
