Friendly atmosphere, great location. Lovely room, for a good price.
Long waits for food, however, I appreciate there was a big event on the night we were there and the staff were super busy!
Great staff. Got upgraded to main hotel. The room was very clean. Excellent on site facilities.
Great location. Fun dinosaurs! Great for family. Woodshed lovely but closed when we arrived. Nice bar area
Room fairly basic. We were at bargain end, so fine for a good nights sleep and quiet.
Pool not open till 0930am so too late for us to use. Maybe seasonal.
The location
The bar closing times
Was excellent
The duvets a bit light but warm rooms so didn't really matter. The place is unreal
After reading mixed reviews we were surprised at how awesome this place is.
We had no wait to check in and staff were helpful and friendly.
The pool area and facilities are great for families and there was a bonus of live music .
Breakfast was good.
Room clean and new bathroom.
If we had to find something we didn’t like we would just be being extremely picky.
We loved the entertainment as well as the facilities.. All the staff that I met were friendly and helpful.
Everything, staff were so nice and friendly, the breakfast was brilliant the pool and kids facilities were amazing
Nothing it was fantastic
Spaciousness, the swimming pool area was so clean and nice and warm which was important as we had our two boys with us, the main foyer has plenty seating, there’s also a Starbucks on site. The dinosaurs were an added bonus for our dino loving boy
The dinner options weren’t great but one of us is quite a fussy eater
Breakfast was great plenty of choice, swimming and sauna was great, plenty of upgrades on the hotel since last visit so pleased to see them upgrading hotel
Dinner was a bit repetitive over the 2 nights,
Very kind and helpful staff ross the manager went above and beyond when he had to move our room 3 times due to the beds being dirty, they had hair, grass and stains on the beds, furniture and floors were unclean too. Dinner buffet was okay but not £26 worthy, breakfast was diabolical with food left out from yesterday's dinner ( cheese, deli meats) cornflakes and pastries were stale. Gym was okay apart from a few machines out of order. Alot of furnishings in the property were damaged and the suite we eventually got moved into (claimed to be the best room in the building) the sofa had food in it, there was milk dried on the table and just generally grimy. They gave us a drinks voucher each to say sorry for the condition of the rooms. I sent some pictures to the manager who has forwarded them onto the house keeping. I don't recommend this hotel but maybe if you have kids and are only spending 5 minutes here it's OK.
