Disappointing.
Pros:

Evening meal and breakfast were good.

Cons:

The maintenance in the room was not good at all! Rust drips all down the radiator pipe, shower riser loose, shower doors unstable, overlapped when closed. Horrid smell in the room, burn hole on curtain. Reported these issues, felt that receptionist was not overly concerned. Very disappointing stay.

Pros:

it had all that was necessary and the location was good

Cons:

the resort is in dire need of a good refurbishment as the doors and furniture are expanded with water damage. A mini fridge would have been great

Pros:

Brilliantly accommodated my little one's allergies and provided full use of a fridge and microwave which was a huge stress removed from the stay.

Great wee pool and fantastic soft play just over the road!

Amazing for families and great value.
Pros:

The lobby and bar area, cosy and family friendly. A great way to spend the evening with the kids playing cards and board games. The swimming was always really quiet too.

Pros:

Fine pools indenfor med privat omklædning og bruser. Der er masser af aktiviteter men formentlig var det lukket pga. regnvejr. Vi nåede heller ikke Fun House, da det var lukket. Der er flere muligheder for at spise.

Unlikely to return
Pros:

Pleasant check in staff. Friendly chat with receptionist guy early next morning.

Cons:

Was told by previous communication that there would be someone on my arrival to direct me to secure parking for my .motorcycle. zone arrival i was directed to the woodshed which was clearly for bicycles not motorcycles. At the Woodshed I spoke with an accented man in his 50s who was quite rude and unhelpful given the situation. I was made to feel as if it was my fault despite me specifically asking about motorcycles parking over a week before my arrival. This member of staff made my stay and mood very down even though I was the guest.
I was also not impressed by the breakfast room being swamped by coach loads of tourists who monopolised the room and staff were slow to replenish the food due to the amount of people arriving at 7am. I would not be inclined to stay again nor recommend it to others. The room was very small and basic and did not reflect good value for money.

Pros:

Perfektní lokalita. Super prostory, velký výběr jídla. Ochotný personál. Živá hudba (zpět + kytara) v podvečer.
Možnost velkého vyžití. Dostatek parkovacích míst. Parádní ubytování.

Cons:

Nemohu nic vytknout.

Not my cup of tea
Pros:

The location is one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Cons:

We wanted to overnight there before a hike in the mountains, but instead it felt like staying at an amusement park. There was a disconnect between the surrounding area and the resort that was hard to accept. The food from the attached pub was served in a cardboard box, with the cheese all melted sticking to the box. To end on a positive note, the other guests seems to like it.
