Top Haus
Pros:

Top war die Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Hervorragendes Vorspeisenbuffet, wirklich außergewöhnlich vielfältig. Der Spa Bereich braucht keinen Vergleich mit grossen Häuser zu scheuen. Personal war immer aufmerksam und schnell.

Da gab es nichts.

Einfach alles! Ein wirklich wunderschönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage mit Blick auf die Berge.
Wir waren so positiv beeindruckt, dass wir ganz sicher wieder dieses Hotel wählen werden. Hier stimmt einfach alles!

Cons:

Nicht optimal waren die Matratzen, für uns persönlich zu weich... Aber das ist jammern auf hohen Niveau, da hat nun mal jeder andere Vorlieben 😉

Sehr gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Aussicht war wunderschön. Die Beleuchtung im Bad sehr schön. Das Bett war auch mega bequem. Ein Traum von einem Zimmer. Kann ich wirklich sehr empfehlen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist sehr reichhaltig und auch gesund ausgelastet.

Cons:

Das Hallenbad war leider eher sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Solarium gibt es leider auch nichtmehr. Die ganz grosse Beleuchtung im Zimmer war mir zu hell. Beim Abendessen gibt es nur 2 Menüs zur Auswahl. Mit Fleisch oder mit Fisch. Ich hätte mir lieber etwas aus der Karte ausgesucht.

Das Hotel war top.Super tolle Zimmer das Essen ein Traum der Service hervorragend was soll ich noch sagen, einfach mega.Kommen gerne wieder.Sauna einfach toll !!!!

Relax a 360°
Pros:

Una delle cose che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata sicuramente l'accoglienza: calorosa, avvolgente e familiare. La prima impressione è stata che tutti avrebbero avuto cura e attenzione per il nostro soggiorno, per renderlo il più rilassante e piacevole possibile, e così è stato. Personale impeccabile, disponibilissimo e sempre molto cordiale. Sicuramente questo aspetto ha dato una marcia in più al nostro soggiorno.
Per non parlare poi dei pasti, tutto sempre buonissimo e molto vario, ho apprezzato davvero molto le opzioni senza lattosio e senza glutine per la colazione dato che purtroppo non sono presenti in tutte le strutture.
La camera da 10/10, non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Spaziosa, comoda, pratica e con delle tende che oscurano perfettamente la luce per garantire il miglior sonno possibile.
La cosa più bella? Concludere il soggiorno con una meravigliosa colazione sul terrazzo con il sole, l'aria fresca e una vista mozzafiato.

Aussergewöhnlich schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel wurde zurecht als eines der besten 3 Sterne Hotels Südtirols 2026 ausgezeichnet.
Hervorzuheben ist das vorzügliche Essen, allein das Vorspeise Buffet verdient eine 10+.
Ebenso die Freundlichkeit der Familie Plank und allen Mitarbeiter.
Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die sehr grosse Tiefgarage mit Ski bzw. Fahrradraum.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Camera rinnovata molto bella e area spa nuova ben realizzata

Cons:

Abbastanza disordine in tutta la struttura, giochi per bambini sparsi dappertutto, poca attenzione nei dettagli, tipo sdraio arrugginite in piscina, cartigienica messa nel corridoio, nessun sorriso da parte dello staff, rispetto al costo si pensava più cura peccato perché il panorama è bellissimo
