Pros:

We loved our beachfront villa. Good size, clean, comfy. Had a microwave and coffee making facilities. The views from our room was stunning. Bed comfy.

Cons:

We arrived at bit early for check in, we knew that but wanted to leave our luggage. The bar/restaurant/reception ladies were all sitting at a table in the restaurant eating lunch. Noone got up to greet us. One lady continued to sit and said too early for check in. I asked if we could leave our suit cases and we would come back, which she allowed. We came back to resort and same thing, they were sitting, seen us but continued to sit. Finally got up to check us in. Every time we went to the bar/restaurant it was an effort for them to serve us, they never looked impressed to have to get up. We stopped going there as we just didn't feel welcome.

Если приехать и просто лежать на вилле то в принципе пойдёт. Но 5 звёздам не соответствует.
Pros:

Вид на море из виллы, бассейн, Вилла. просторные террасы

Cons:

На 5 звёзд - не тянет! 3+. Завтрак - два кусочка белого хлеба, два яйца, или омлет или скрамбл из двух яиц, два кусочка колбаски(беконом назвали) или две маленькие сосиски, или мюсли, сок, вода. В конце у нас спрашивали точно ли нам нужно два кусочка хлеба а не один. Многие на завтрак приносили дополнительно купленный салат и фрукты. Кофе приносят так: горячую воду и пакетик с кофе, вода чуть остыла и кофе уже не растворяется. Либо покупай у них же с аппарата за 75 бат. На вилле посуды не хватает. Друзья, пара с ребёнком - вилки две, чашки две, стакана два. Кофе-аппарата нет, Ни каких специй, масла, соуса, чая и т.д. и в помине не найдёте на кухне в доме. Видать забирают себе после гостей. Про персонал не могу сказать что улыбчивый. Самый главный всегда какой то угрюмый. Вход в одну из вил был по песку, и чтоб песок не нести в дом положили полотенце, и конечно испачкали. Перед отъездом, не хотели отдавать залог 100EUR за одну из вилл так как мы испачкали полотенце. Со скандалом, взяли 500бат штрафа за это полотенце (полотенце оставили они себе). Но они когда делали в первый раз уборку (предварительно нужно заказывать уборку) ничего не сказали про полотенце и не предложили альтернативу. Цены в их же ресторане выше среднего.

Trop cher pour la prestation

À notre départ on nous a fait payer 500 bahts pour 2 petites tâches sur taie d’oreiller. Inadmissible, alors qu’ils ne sont pas passés faire la chambre durant notre séjour, on nous avait prévenu que c’était à nous de demander si on le souhaitait, pas de sortie de douche, nous avons utilisé les petites serviettes pr les cheveux et pas de gel douche mais de la crème pour le corps. Au prix de la chambre, à part la vue, il n’y a rien d’exceptionnel. Le café du petit déjeuner se résume à un sachet de soluble et un sachet de sucre. Parasols cassés pour nos amis et nous.

Samui ucak saatinden dolayı adadan 1 gun önceden ayrılmamız lazımdı. 7 gece icin zaten aylardır oncesinde ödemiştim. Erken çıkacağımız 1 günün iadesini rica ettim gittiğimde ödemediler,booking.com ara falan dediler vs . Sonuç iadesini etmediler aynı gün samuide başka otelde kaldım . Onuda anlamadılar neyse

Es war sehr schön
Pros:

Die Lage war wunderschön und der Garten traumhaft und sauber. Das Personal war soweit freundlich, hatte einwenig Mühe bei der Kommunikation auf Englisch.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war kompliziert, es war nicht alles inbegriffen was auf der Karte war und man musste zum Teil noch dazu zahlen. Es hat sehr lange gedauert bis das Frühstück kam. Dort wäre ein kleines Buffet von Vorteil mit allen Sachen die inkludiert sind. So wäre es besser verständlich. Das war schade. Aber die Anlage war seehr schön und die Lage auch super.

Absolute scam, take at least 2 stars away!
Pros:

The private pool at the villa was nice

Cons:

No smiles, no greeting, room cleaning and fresh towels after THREE days, does not have 5-star qualities. Breakfast was a disgrace, the vibe in general lousy.

לא הרגשתי בנוח לבקש דברים מינימליים לא עם חיוך רק פרצוף חמוץ לא שירותים בכלל ביקשתי שינקה את הבריכה אמר לי לא עכשיו ורציתי להיכנס חיכיתי 5 שעות לניקוי הוילה הם עושים טובה שם להכול באמת מאכזב המפל של הבריכה בכלל לא עובד ולא מציינים את זה אין טלוויזיה והבריכה פשוט כמו אמבטיה לא עובדת אני התאכזבתי ברמות רק רציתי לצאת משם .

Great relaxing stay.
