Vacaciones en Rhodopes
Pros:

La posibilidad de cenar a la carta una excelente comida búlgara y la cercanía al monasterio y rutas de senderismo pudiendo dejar el coche en el aparcamiento del hotel. El desayuno está incluido en el precio y es tradicional búlgaro, muy bueno.

Cons:

El que la bañera pierda agua y el cuarto de baño muy pequeño. Mobiliario es antiguo.

Very disappointing and not deserving of its current high rating on Booking.com
Pros:

Proximity to the monastery. Clean

Cons:

Hard to find. Unwelcoming. Poor service. Only the male owner around and he was on his phone most of the time - even during breakfast Leaking bath water in 2 rooms. Uninspiring and late breakfast. ( A pancake, 2 Bulgarian doughnuts and a small piece of cheese!)
We had intended to have dinner here but chose to eat at the nearby restaurant (very warm and welcoming) because the experience was so unpleasant.
The reviews do not match the experience we 4 mature ladies had unfortunately. A disappointing end to our short stay in Bulgaria.
This was the only stay where we had poor service ( only 1 coffee allowed for breakfast and it was served 10 minutes before the breakfast was ready)
When we requested another cup of coffee we were simply told " you must pay"
I do not like leaving negative reviews but unless things improve here there are much more welcoming places to stay in Bulgaria and this accommodation really does not deserve its Booking.com rating
