Pros:

Ich habe hier eine Nacht verbracht und war positiv überrascht. Die zentrale Lage ist ein großer Pluspunkt – der Busbahnhof ist in wenigen Minuten (ca. 100 m) erreichbar, ideal für eine stressfreie Weiterreise.

Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt eher traditionell und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber genau das verleiht ihm einen gewissen, klassischen Charakter. Mein Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, alles Nötige war vorhanden.

Pros:

Ich war nur für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel, bin aber insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend – nur etwa 100 Meter vom Busbahnhof entfernt, was die An- und Abreise extrem unkompliziert macht.

Das Hotel selbst ist eher klassisch und etwas altmodisch eingerichtet, was aber durchaus seinen eigenen Charme hat. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, auch wenn die Ausstattung nicht mehr ganz auf dem neuesten Stand ist.

WLAN hat problemlos funktioniert und war stabil, was für mich wichtig war. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls in Ordnung – keine riesige Auswahl, aber alles frisch und ausreichend vorhanden.

Keine erneute Buchung in Zukunft
Pros:

Problem war der Zugang zum Einchecken. Tür war zu und zeitweise niemand telf.ansprechbar. Zugang nur mittels Schlüsselsafe möglich. Code wurde nur nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage telf. mitgeteilt. Restaurant dauerhaft geschlossen.

Cons:

Frühstück nicht so reichhaltig wie erwartet.

Pros:

Mir hat nicht geholfen.

Cons:

Bettwäsche, Matratzen, Kopfkissen, Badetücher haben wie alte Waschlappen gestungen. Ich habe bis morgen nicht geschlafen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in komfortablen Einzelzimmer
Pros:

Gute und ruhige Lage im Ortszentrum von Betzdorf. Schönes Einzelzimmer. Bestens funktionierende Heizung. Gute Dusche mit Thermostatregelung und warmem Wasser. Sehr flexibler Hotelier bei Anreisezeit und Frühstückszeit.

Cons:

Alles war prima.

Schönes geräumiges Doppelzimmer in zentraler ruhiger Lage in Betzdorf.
Pros:

Sehr geräumiges Doppelzimmer. Ordentliche Betten, gute Dusche. Sehr freundlicher Hotelier. Späte Anreise möglich. Ruhige zentrale Lage, kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Haus.

Cons:

Wir waren wiederholt dort, alles bestens.

Basic but fine
Pros:

It's a very basic hotel, but for one night it was fine. Family run, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

The main problem was that the wifi didn't work. It was fixed once, but when we returned after going out for dinner, it didn't work anymore and the staff couldn't fix it either. It didn't help that the staff are not on site, but you have to phone them (inconvenient if you're on a UK phone contract), and then wait for them to arrive. Especially annoying when you have arrived after a very long drive from the UK and just want to check in and access the room (other hotels in the area leave keys in key lock boxes). And then you feel bad if you have to keep calling them back. Also, it would have been really nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
