The location is fabulous.
We've had drinks and eaten here a number of times. We chose to stay here, based on those experiences and a recommendation from a friend, for a short break. The team is lovely and sorted a small issue with our room for us quickly and without fuss.Thanks Matthew. Love it..would definitely recommend
Location, nice outside bar/eating area
Room not air conditioned on a hot day with no way of clearing room air as window was partly sealed shut and other part was stuck with very partial opening.
Carpet horrible in “cowshed room”

I liked the location being near coastal walks and bus stops. The property was spotless staff very friendly and helpful. I loved the outdoor space to sit and have a drink and read. Plenty of room indoors if a wet day. My single room was lovely with everything I needed for a perfect stay.
Nothing really. Maybe have car spaces separate for residents to ensure parking available. This wasn’t an issue for me as I didn’t use my car all week but just an observation.
Breakfast was good, could have done with more choice for the continental breakfast. if you didn’t want anything cooked there was really only cereal, fruit and yoghurt and a croissant. Also toast was not offered, you had to ask…a small thing but seemed strange.
The room was beautiful,but spoiled as stuffy with the heat…maybe if the curtains could have been drawn early in the morning to keep the sun out it would have been more welcoming. The fan far too small for the size of room. But these are small picky points…didn’t spoil the stay!

Great location. Plenty of parking for the van with the mountain bikes. Friendly staff, lovely property and grounds, garden etc.
Service was little slow in the bar for food, but we only ate there once, the food was very good. No problems.
Location in Blakeney on the Norfolk coast was great. Some lovely walking available from the door.
