A very pleasant stay but thought the price excessive given the size of the room
Pros:

Situation and presentation of the property was excellent. Staff friendly and efficient . Food was good and well presented and served in a timely manner

Cons:

The room and en suite were very small in view of the price payed. The desk chair could not be used as there was insufficient space.

Not as good as previous visits( manager dandruff was a positive embarrassment )stayed in a garden room but gardens were

Cons:

Booked in for Sunday lunch before our stay ran out of roast beef and snails by 2.30 snails could be excused but roast beef by 2.30 is piss poor

Super nettes Personal, sehr gutes Essen, tolles Pub/Bar, einfach alles nur super. Auch Kinderkarte im Restaurant top.

Cons:

Leicht abgewohntes Zimmer, Kalk an Duschrändern, Notausgangstüre nicht abgedichtet (es zieht).

Lot’s to like, staff were helpful and friendly, food exceptional, location beyond reproach.
Pros:

Very good, bowls of fresh fruit were welcome.
Some excellent features, complimentary bottled water in the rooms, great coffee pod machine.
Very comfy generously appointed public areas, accessible outdoor spaces, overall an absolutely brilliant location.

Cons:

The bedrooms were low ceilinged, small and a bit airless, windows were small, a generally gloomy experience.

Disappointment
Pros:

Lounge & Bar area very nice & comfortable. Staff were pleasant.

Cons:

Booked a room given as ground floor but on arrival was given a first floor room which was very disappointing given all the ground floor rooms which we had always had before. Was told ground floor room had not been booked by Booking.com

Very Nice hotel, let down a little by small details
Pros:

Location and type of property was very good. Staff were helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good. Room was spacious and facilities were good.

Cons:

Room was not clean. Window sills were dusty, pillows were awful. Dog poo near entrance of seated area not tidied in the four days we were staying.
