Lage gut, für eine Nacht okay, Sauberkeit und Frühstück verbesserungswürdig
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, da wir nach Brühl ins Phantasialand gefahren sind und es von dort aus auch nur ein Katzensprung war. 15 Minuten reichen bis zum dortigen Parkplatz. Man kann auch direkt vor den Zimmern parken. Unser Zimmer war auf der ruhigeren Nicht-Straßenseite.

Cons:

Obwohl jemand anwesend ist, kommt man vor 16 Uhr nicht ins Hotel und kann auch keine Koffer abstellen. Daher mussten wir noch eine Stunde totschlagen. Im Bad klebte am Fliesenspiegel etwas undefinierbares braunes, was wir bei Abfahrt auch mitgeteilt haben. Das Frühstück war leider auch wenig empfehlenswert. Die Eier waren blaugekocht, jedoch als wirklich schlimm empfanden wir, dass es Schimmel auf den Gurkenscheiben gab. Wer Gurken kennt, weiß, dass sowas nicht von einer Nacht im Kühlschrank herrührt. Damit war das Frühstück für uns beendet. Schade!

Bien pour une nuit en famille lors d'un week-end au parc.
Pros:

Emplacement par rapport à Phantasialand. Chambre spacieuse. Bonne literie. Le personnel ne parle pas français mais à fait un effort pour nous comprendre (malgré ce que nous avons pu lire dans d'autres commentaires)

Cons:

Odeur de la chambre (cigarette ?) Problème avec un robinet (mais nous ne l'avons signalé que le lendemain et avons utilisé l'autre) Isolation phonique des chambres perfectible.

Pros:

La verdad bastante basico, camas sin tender y cuando preguntamos nos informaron que esas eran las sabanas del colchon.
Evidentemente eran los protectores, no habia sabanas ! solo el proctector y colcha de arroparse.

Cons:

En realidad el desayuno basico y nos reclamo que me llevaba una manzana despues de desayunar y la tuve que devolver.

Le lit pas très confortable, odeur dans la chambre et un peu déçu que personne ne parle français. En sachant que je ne parlais pas allemand il aurait pu nous envoyer les codes par mail pour plus de facilité. Mais bon dans l'ensemble ça va

Alles zusammen war es für unsere Familie die Übernachtung Okay

Die Fahrt vom Hotel bis in den Vergnügungspark war nicht weit. Das Frühstück war Okay. Und das Personale super freundlich, vielen Dank auch für die guten Tipps.

Cons:

Die Zimmer müssten renoviert werden.An der Decke hangen Tapetenfetzen runter,es ist nach einem Wasserschaden nur notdürftig repariert worden . Die Zimmereinrichtung ist sehr Veraltet .
