Pros:

Easy access into Hotel steps snow & ice free. good warm welcome from staff. Good selection of breakfast food. Single bedroom met all of my requirements with no problems. All in all I will be hopefully back again next ski season.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Perfect location, friendly staff, amazing showers.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is literally right on the slopes. And right next to the 4 chair lift. Showers were amazing. After a long day they were just what you need. Beds were really comfortable. I would bring my own pillow next time tho.

Cons:

Would have liked a few more child friendly options for the kids for breakfast. TV’s in the rooms were limited channels. Yes I’m in another country. I’ll take a Firestick next time to keep the kids amused. But overall. A really great stay. I will return.

Pros:

The location was amazing and the staff were all excellent great breakfast,comfortable beds

Cons:

The only thing I could say is there's a kettle in the room but no mugs or teaspoon,but i just got a mug and spoon and took it to my room,a microwave would of been good at breakfast aswell.

Excellent location and great value for money.
Pros:

Excellent location for the 1st lift of the day, just outside the hotel. Also ski to door if you are over the Rila side of Borovets.
Hotel was warm and clean, beds were comfortable. Always hot water for a shower. Kettle in the room was great for a morning coffee.
Breakfast was ok, for the price we paid.
Staff helpful, friendly and always available.
