Excellent location and great value for money.
Pros:

Excellent location for the 1st lift of the day, just outside the hotel. Also ski to door if you are over the Rila side of Borovets.
Hotel was warm and clean, beds were comfortable. Always hot water for a shower. Kettle in the room was great for a morning coffee.
Breakfast was ok, for the price we paid.
Staff helpful, friendly and always available.

Perfect location
Pros:

The break was lovely, the hotel is in the perfect spot right on the slope so you can ski in and out. Really good value for money and nice place to stay

Constant noise ruined the stay
Pros:

Location was excellent as just a short walk into the town. Ski storage facility is small and basic but enough for the size of the hotel. We arrived at 1:30am and there was staff on the desk to instantly take us tom our room.

Cons:

The room we were given was a conjoining room with another and you can hear absolutely everything they are saying in the other room, this is not an exaggeration we could literally hear them put on deodorant and their morning alarms. There is absolutely zero sound proofing. When we complained on the second night we were told there was nothing they could do, then we complained a second time and were told it was too late in our stay so had to pay full price for unfortunately a very disappointing stay.

Pros:

Really v plesantly surprised, the location is perfect, the staff are fabulous, super clean and the beds super comfy, just what you need after a day on the slopes.

Cons:

Sweetner at breakfast for diabetics would have made breakfast extra nice
diet coke or coke zero on sale at the bar (again for diabetics) would have been great
breakfast was cold, if there is anyway they can make the hot food hot or even just have a microwave for people to use that would have been a really good breakfast

Τέλεια τοποθεσία 10 μέτρα στην κυριολεξία από το lift. Ο ορισμός του ski in -ski out, ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό προσωπικό. Τελεια σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Υπέροχη θέα στις πίστες.

Cons:

Ίσως λίγο παλιομοδίτικη διακόσμηση και επίπλωση. Δεν είχε ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο

Pros:

Location could not be better. Everything was by the door step - Lift ticket office, chair lift which we mainly used (horse riding, great sledging slop. Also, all restaurants few min walk). Our room size was great. We liked morning coffee. Great value for money.

Cons:

Long steps to the top floor room, but it was part of fun for children.
