Pros:

Хотелът е с много добро местоположение, точно до пистите и има хубава гледка. Храната е добра. Персоналът е любезен и обгрижва много добре гостите. Няма проблем с паркирането - паркинга е голям. Има няколко асансьора и предвижването от високите етажи е лесно и удобно.

Cons:

Липсата на климатик в стаята беше голям проблем. Вечерта имаше сцена с жива музика, озвучаването беше прикалено силно и продължи да 23 часа. Не успяхме да спим цялата нощ. Този път храната не беше на ниво, имаше голям избор, но не беше много вкусна.

Not a pleasant experience
Pros:

The restaurant staff was polite. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. And that is where everything positive ends.

Cons:

The room has no air conditioning—only heating. The afternoon temperature reached 37 degrees. The reception staff suggested we open the balcony door, which has no mosquito net. The balcony itself is small, narrow, and overgrown with grass. The room's view is listed as a "Park view," but it is actually a "Parking view."
​The bathroom is cramped. When the housekeepers came to clean, instead of emptying the trash bin, they threw garbage into the toilet. When we returned, a soap wrapper was floating in the toilet bowl.
​The hotel was fully booked, and finding a parking spot was difficult.
I was woken up at least twice by screaming children in the hallway.
The rules for the hot tubs are not enforced, turning them into a children's pool.
The dinner selection at the restaurant was limited, with far too much emphasis on desserts.
This was not our first visit, and we had always been satisfied before, which is why we booked this hotel again. However, this stay was unpleasant, and we will not be choosing this hotel in the future.

Our. Stay was nice
Pros:

The breakfast was good,a large choice of food.The room was comfortable and clean.The view from our balcony was amazing.

Cons:

There was very hot in the room in the afternoon ant in the evening and there was no air conditioner in the hotel.We got a fan on request and it was a little helpful.
