Swimming pool was freezing, there was a kids pool but the small kids were in the only hot jacuzzi which was clearly signed saying over 12 years only in two languages which filled it.

Pros:

Хубав хотел, голям и просторен, прекрасна ликация на пистата, стаите са реновирани и чисти. Персоналът в ресторанта не говори добре български, но е отзивчив.

Cons:

Хотелът беше пълен и спа центърът няма капацитет да поеме всички желаещи. Същото се отнася за ресторанта, където трудно се намира свободна маса. Като цяло, цената е доста висока, предвид тези неудобства.

Perfect stay
Pros:

The staff was very kind. I had an issue with my back the first day and I took an appointment for a massage and the guy was perfect. The other day I was at the slopes! Thank you!
