Pros:

It is my second time visiting Rila Hotel (both times outside of ski season) and I'm very pleased with my stay. The location is perfect for hiking, the SPA centre is exceptional (and it's the main reason I choose this hotel), staff is very kind, breakfast is versatile and delicious. The rooms are very spacious for two people and it's great to sit on the balcony and look at the slopes! Parking is very convenient, bar in the hotel is also nice. I will definitely be visiting again for a SPA vacation.

Pros:

Всичко ни хареса много, закуската беше много вкусна ,гледката от терасата топ а персоналът много любезен дори ни оставиха на следващият ден да освободим стаята по късно и да използваме спа-то ! :)

Cons:

Единственото нещо което не е точно реален проблем но бих споменала ,водата на големият басейн да бъде една идейка по топла ,но все пак това не ни попречи да го използваме

Pros:

The rooms are quite spacious with balconies looking over the ski trail. The pool is wonderful. There are more than one sauna in the spa center, which is good for such a big hotel. There is a big choice for breakfast. The waffles are excellent.

Nice hotel . Eat outside !
Pros:

The hotel position is amazing

Cons:

Breakfast was awful especially the fruits must be cutten 3 days ago.
the 2 restaurants were below expections for a 4 stars hotel

Sehr entspannter und schöner Aufenthalt außerhalb der Saison.
Pros:

Extrem freundliches und besonders kinderfreundliches Personal. Pool und Spa-Bereich sehr gut. Auch der Arcade-Raum hat uns gefallen. Vom Hotel aus konnten wir sehr schnell in den Bergen und wandern. Auch Samokov ist super schnell erreichbar und eine Reise wert.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht besonders lecker. Bei Buchen würde ein Hinweis helfen, dass außerhalb der Saison Seilbahnen usw. nicht offen sind.
