Разочарован.
Pros:

Местоположението.

Cons:

Мисля, че трябва да давате информация за това, че басеините и джакузитата са в ремонт и не работят още при направа на резервацията. Не да ми пращате мейл на електронната поща на следващия ден около 10 часа, когато вече съм в района на Боровец. Затова бях принуден да си анулирам резервацията.

היינו מחוץ לעונה וקבלנו חדרים מל הנוף, חדרים בסגנון מודרני עם מקלחת ולא אמבטיה, עקב מיעוט אורחים בזמן שכזה כמובן שלא היה מזנון וקבלנו ארוחת בוקר אישית

Overall good
Pros:

Restaurant was good overall with a lot of choices. Spa also except a few negatives. Good lounge area.

Cons:

Pool cold, only two hot beds. Restaurant did not have any potato options for dinner, only fried chips which were inedible. Coffee machine old with limited options. Restaurant very crowded with some people unable to find places to sit at dinner.
