Pros:

The hotel is very big, with all facilities inside. It has a huge spa with all types of saunas, a relax area, and a big swimming pool with two jacuzzis. It's a comfortable place near the ski lifts. There's nice music in the main hall in the evening. Good breakfast and most of the time good dinner

Cons:

It was very crowded, especially in the morning and evening. In the afternoon, the jacuzzi was crowded with small children, although they are not allowed...

Amazing hotel in an amazing location
Pros:

1. The location was amazing just in front of the ski slopes.
2. the spa was excellent with amazing pools and amazing sauna.
3. food was amazing.
4. ski gear area was very convenient

Staff fantastic, facilities fantastic, food was of a good standard however, would ideally like a range of smoothies for children in the morning and hot porridge for adults as an option

Otelin konumu ,odaları ve mimarisi harikaydı.Odalar yenilenmişti ve çok konforluydu .

Yarım pansiyon seçeneği ile konaklama yapmıştık ancak yemeklerin çeşidi inanılmaz azdı ve lezzeti ,sunumu çok kötüydü.Bu kadar güzel ve köklü bir otelin mutfağının bu kadar kötü olması çok şaşırtıcı.
Garsonlardan özellikle bazı bayan garsonların tavırları çok kabaydı.
Lobide garson sayısı çok azdı.Bir sipariş vermek için uzun süre beklemek gerekti.Lobide oturacak yer bulmak neredeyse imkansızdı.Bu kadar kalabalık bir otelde lobinin bu kadar küçük olması anlaşılır değil.
Kapalı havuz suyu sığuktu.Kış dönemlerinde havuzun ısıtmalı olmaması üzücü.Minicik çocuk havuzunda onlarca çocuk sıkışık bir şekilde kullanmak durumunda kaldı.
