Bel hôtel mais qui vieillit. Petit déjeuner top !
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique et attentionné. Petit déjeuner copieux et très varié, produits très qualitatifs.

Cons:

Hotel vieillissant (moquette très abîmée, mobilier vieillot) qui aurait sérieusement besoin d'une rénovation.

Perfect location for a visit to beautiful Chartres.
Pros:

Location. Breakfast and staff were all fantastic.

Cons:

No fridge in the junior suite.
It wasn’t advertised as having one, but I was surprised. The staff were very helpful in accommodating our request to use their fridge in their kitchen.

Séjour décevant car non conforme à un hôtel 4 étoiles

Changement et surclassement proposé sans supplément du fait des taches sur mobilier dans chambre réservée
Bonne literie
Fruits et confitures du petit-déjeuner : très bien
Personnel à l’écoute et aimable

Cons:

Poussière sur mobilier à l’accueil, taches sur mobilier dans chambre, lavabo ébréché et sol douche pas net dans chambre (après changement)
Petit déjeuner décevant : viennoiseries et brioches de bas de gamme , chaîne du froid pas respectée pour les yaourts.

Cons:

Mais alors pas du tout apprécié l'alarme incendie à minuit 40 et le manque d'informations total.
On a dû se rendormir sans être rassurés
La nuit a été difficile
Je pense à minima que le lendemain matin on aurait pu avoir une explication !
