It was a stay in a slightly faded old hall in the countryside
Pros:

Out of the way of bustle and well placed for my purpose

Cons:

For the money it felt too many little expenses savings were made…. UHT milk cartons and not enough in the room, food average when presented as very good.

Pros:

Clean, warm and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Cons:

Nothing really. Only there was no plug by a mirror, so had to use my reflection in the TV screen to do my hair 🤣

An okay hotel which the staff and catering raise it to good.
Pros:

Nice location and excellent food. The room we had in the coach house was nice and being separate from the hotel was quiet and peaceful.
The maze is a nice touch but could do with better drainage.

Cons:

The spa facilities were so so and felt a bit run down when compared to facilities in Austrian hotels we’ve recently stayed in.
The bed was large but the mattress was only okay.

Sweet little get away.
Pros:

Lovely staff very helpful and chatty. Breakfast was nice and staff very accomodating. Room was tidey and clean, bathroom was a good size. We travelled down for a wedding and the staff onsite help us get a taxi sorted in the local area which was a life saver as we were struggling to get one sorted just ask reception. Beautiful area to stay in.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have the jets in the bathroom working however not the end of the world other than that nothing to add.
