Mai piu'!
Cons:

Ho prenotato questo Hotel per 2 colleghi che erano in zona a lavorare, poi hanno aggiunto anche una notte in piu' (solo ed esclusivamente per lavoro). La prima sera non c'era acqua calda e nemmeno il riscaldamento! C'erano 2° gradi fuori. Non è stato offerto nulla per questo problema, nè una soluzione e neanche un piccolo sconto. Tutto pagato intero, deludente!!

Accueil des propriétaires. Bon restaurant.

Cons:

Chambre un peu veillotte qui ne correspond pas aux photos. Pas de chauffage ni d'eau chaude à la douche. Chaufferie visiblement en panne. Ce sont des choses qui arrivent. Mais j'aurais aimé être prévenu à mon arrivée ... va encore pour le chauffage. Mais avoir la surprise le matin de devoir prendre une douche glacée , pas terrible...j'ai eu droit à des excuses. J'aurais aimé un geste commercial , d'autant que j'ai laissé une très belle note au restaurant le soir ! Il n'est malheureusement pas venu...

Clean, friendly and simple
Pros:

The hotel was simple and well suited to my needs. The staff are very friendly and helpful, it helps if you can speak french. The hotel is quite typical of an uncomplicated hotel in Switzerland and does the trick. The breakfast was good, especially the croissants and jam! I slept remarkably well.
