Milk and water in the fridge nice touch and a fan plus A/C unit was thought through with the weather we are having.
Not didn’t like, as it didn’t bother me, but the mattress on the double bed needs changing and shower unit kept falling off of the wall, just might bother more fussy people 😊
The staff were very friendly and the fridge in the room contained a complimentary pint of fresh milk and bottled water which was a nice touch
Personnel très sympa et serviable! Nous sommes arrivés tard mais on nous a tout de même proposé quelque chose à manger. La chambre était confortable. Pas de bruit malgré la rue à côté. Le petit-déjeuner était très copieux avec des produits locaux.
Il faisait très chaud en ce début de juillet et dans la chambre au deuxième étage il n'y avait qu'un ventilateur. La poubelle de la salle de bains n'avait pas été vidée.
Very friendly and helpful Staff. Excellent value for money. Comfortable beds and very clean. We also ate lunch and breakfast here and the food was very good.
Probably worth investing in some.air conditioning units. The restaurant upstairs was very warm and as our room was on the second floor it was also quite warm with a window which wouldn't stay open. Although a fan was provided. It didn't spoil our stay though,.

Everything was fine
O hotel é muito fofinho. Fica na rua principal da cidade, então há mercado, cafés, restaurantes e lojas por perto. O quarto é bem amplo e as camas são confortáveis. O ponto alto da estadia é a equipe: são muito simpáticos e extremamente gentis e solicitos: fomos tratados muito bem em todos os momentos.
O hotel poderia estar melhor preparado para o verão. O quarto onde fiquei tinha pouca ventilação e não havia ventiladores ou ar-condicionado no quarto. Infelizmente pegamos uma época de onda de calor e ficou bem difícil ficar hospedado, o que nos levou a fazer o check-out um dia antes do previsto. Talvez em épocas de frio ou meia-estação o hotel atenda totalmente as expectativas. Há ar-condicionado no bar no andar térreo, então acabamos ficando bons momentos por lá para nos refrescarmos.

great friendly staff. The young lady was really nice and efficient when arriving even though I was in a rush . Donna was welcoming and a great laugh! Crediton is a very small and special place, check out The Ship when you go to Exeter!
Wasn't sure about reentry after the pub was closed but was pretty clear as there is an alley way to the side. Also you are given two keys! One is for the room and one for the side door. I didn't have time to drink the lovely tea selections and fresh milk in the fridge :(
All staff where excellent. Made us feel at home. Nothing was to much trouble. Food was lovely and the atmosphere was really good. Highly recommended
