really liked this hotel as I go to Dolomites every year and will definitely stay here again
Pros:

food was amazing,especially dinner
staff very helpful
location very central in Toblach
bedrooms very comfortable with blackout shutters for amazing sleep

nothing I really had a good experience in this hotel and nothing sticks out as a negative for me

Pros:

Nice room with excellent mountain view. Good location with about 6 minutes of walk to the bus terminal for the buses to Tre Cime, Lago di Braise and other places. Helpful staff. Great food for breakfast and dinner.

Erstklassiges Haus auf höchstem Niveau. Von der Zimmerausstattung bis zum Frühstücksservice gab es keinerlei Grund zur Beanstandung.

Pleasant spa retreat
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent sauna and pool facilities. Friendly staff. I didn't get breakfast as had to leave early but I'm sure it was delicious. Would recommend.

Great base for a Dolomite adventure
Pros:

One of the best things about the Cristallo is the food! We ate there three times and by the end rather regretted not having half board - really high quality food well served with some excellent value local wine pairings recommended every day too.

Would definitely return!
Pros:

A really great experience here. Great facilities (pool, sauna) which I wish I had more time to experience. The location is great for accessing hikes as well as places like Lago di Braies or the Tre Cime di Lavaredo. Room was comfortable and it was great to add on dinner and breakfast to make the stay more comfortable.
