Dettagli accurati della struttura, quiete, pulizia, profumo, accoglienza e assistenza, cucina (ottima!!), giardino, piscina.

Cons:

Due piccoli nei: non personale presente nell'area benessere (anche per vigilare sulla presenza di bambini incuriositi in luoghi in cui è previsto che i servizi vengano utilizzati "nature": genitori inconsapevoli); piumoni eccessivamente caldi per la stagione estiva.

Ottima cucina e personale molto cortese, ma ci aspettavamo decisamente più comfort

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura in alta stagione per cui il prezzo era piuttosto alto e quindi anche le nostre aspettative; Riguardo la camera il letto matrimoniale era composto da due letti singoli semplicemente accostati, con un unico coprimaterasso sopra i due materassi. Per una struttura di questo livello, ci saremmo aspettati un vero letto matrimoniale oppure, quantomeno, un topper adeguato che eliminasse la separazione centrale. Anche il pavimento in PVC ci è sembrato poco coerente con la categoria e con il prezzo della camera. La camera non era climatizzata. Il balcone si affaccia direttamente su una strada abbastanza trafficata e, durante l’estate, per avere un minimo di ricambio d’aria è necessario tenere la finestra aperta. Il risultato è che il rumore delle automobili diventa inevitabilmente molto percepibile, soprattutto durante la notte.
Anche la gestione degli animali ci ha lasciati piuttosto perplessi. 35 € al giorno per un cane di piccola taglia ci sembra una cifra decisamente elevata, soprattutto considerando che non viene fornito alcun particolare servizio aggiuntivo. In strutture di questo livello ci si aspetterebbe almeno un piccolo welcome kit per il cane, come ormai avviene abbastanza frequentemente.
Avendo scelto il trattamento di mezza pensione, abbiamo trovato eccessivo il costo di 5 € per una bottiglia d'acqua. Siamo in montagna e riteniamo che sarebbe stato quantomeno apprezzabile offrire gratuitamente la possibilità di bere acqua del rubinetto, lasciando naturalmente al cliente la scelta di acquistare quella in bottiglia.
La merenda offerta ci ha lasciati perplessi: viene proposta senza alcuna bevanda, nemmeno un bicchiere d'acqua. Francamente, ci è sembrato poco curato e, per una struttura di questa categoria, abbastanza incomprensibile.
La piscina riscaldata solo a 30 °C, esclusivamente esterna, non è risultata particolarmente fruibile.

Posizione e servizi unitamente alla cortesia e professionalità dei ragazzi del ristorante

Cons:

Premetto che ci era stato comunicato in fase di prenotazione ma far pagare ad un cagnolino di piccola taglia euro 35 al giorno senza nessun servizio come ciotole, cuccia o croccantini e’ veramente troppo e un insulto alla povertà
