Hotel zasługije na 5 gwiazdek. Obsługa przemiła, hotel czyściutki. Czułe. Się jak w domu. W nocy cichutko. Widoczek miałem na jeziorko. No I to śniadanie rano-wisienka na torcie:):):) graulacje dla właścicieli za dobór pracowników. Mega super personel:):):)

Jestem bardzo rozczarowana pobytem w tym hotelu. Po raz pierwszy spotkałam się z sytuacją, w której sprzątaczka zapukała do drzwi i chciała rozpocząć sprzątanie jeszcze przed godziną wymeldowania. Było to bardzo niekomfortowe.
Dodatkowo zostałam poproszona o dopłatę za osobę towarzyszącą, mimo że nie zapewniono dla niej podstawowego wyposażenia – kołdry, poduszki ani ręcznika.
Kolejnym rozczarowaniem był brak podstawowych kosmetyków w łazience. Nie było mydła, żelu pod prysznic ani szamponu.
Uważam, że standard świadczonych usług jest niewspółmierny do ceny. Niestety, stosunek jakości do ceny pozostawia wiele do życzenia i nie mogę polecić tego hotelu.

Wszystko ok
Perfektní lokace s krásným výhledem, ideální dojezdová vzdálenost do všech okolních známých atrakcí, čisté velké prostorné pokoje, vybavení velmi zánovní, vše na kód takže není nutnost nosit kartu/klíč. Snídaně bohaté, absolutně dostačující. Parkování hned u hotelu za branou, která se večer zavírá. Na pokojích klimatizace, takže ani horké dny nejsou problém.
Nemůžu nic vytknout.
Doskonała lokalizacja,, łóżko bardzo wygodne, pokój czyściutki wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Śniadanie fantastyczne bardzo urozmaicone. Personel sympatyczny i bardzo pomocny. Wszędzie blisko, okolica sprzyjająca odpoczynkowi. Ciche, bezpieczne i godne polecenia miejsce.
Nie było minusów.
