Definitely well designed and setup for groups.
Really well thought out design. Very comfortable bed. The fan provided was a great addition.
The heat, I can’t complain too much as there was a heatwave. The decor could maybe use a refresh as there are signs of wear.
Breakfast was excellent and we liked the l9cation being near the sea. The staff were super!
Fabulous long weekend away with friends in the 6 bedroom lodge, complete with kitchen, pool table and outside putting green! Comprehensive breakfast and choice. Perfect golf course and the sun also managed to come out for us!
Club house restaurant was not as good as last year, particularly the evening meal, the fish n chips was more batter, than fish!

Excellent location and facilities for our group of 4 golfers.
Minor issue but coffee machine and toaster at breakfast could do with upgrading.
Staff were lovely and very welcoming nothing seemed to be a problem. Room was spotless and a great size with everything you need from tea coffee iron ect, bed was huge and so comfortable. Food was amazing, breakfast was a buffet with fruit yogurt and the best ever granola, bacon sausage potato scones and perfect poached eggs. Service was exceptional and had a delicious Caesar salad that I could have had over and over. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning
The armchairs in the room weren't actually that comfortable and could have done with just something like a bucket armchair with a small coffee table.
This was our first stay at Dundonald Links. On arrival, we were greeted by staff who proved to be friendly and welcoming.
Our accommodation, externally, looked basic. However, the interior proved to be very comfortable indeed.
The restaurant in the morning was immaculate, and the choice of breakfasts ranged from continental to traditional.
We enjoyed our 2 days visiting family in Irvine, which is a short trip from the hotel.
We look forward to our next visit.
