Excellent facilities. Room was great. Gym, sauna etc great.
Breakfast has changed to a buffet - food was bland and cold. Staff in restaurant were disinterested and not nearly as good as previous time we visited

Hot buffet breakfast was not hot at all, food was cold as we're the plates.
Reported to staff but I was only staying one night so stay didn't end well.

The staff and accommodation were excellent. In particular Jill, Heather and Maria went out of their way to help us.
The setting ng is lovely and rooms spacious and very clean.
Our meal on Wednesday night was disappointing as was breakfast on Thursday - cold plates and buffet items Luke warm.
However after speaking to Jill and Heather dinner on Thursday night was excellent. Friday breakfast we were given table service and the quality and temperature of the food was greatly improved.

A bit busy during golf games, obviously unavoidable but not what we normally like
Beautiful bar area. Lodges were modern and well equipped.
Lack of air conditioning. There was a fan, but I didn’t find it particularly effective. In fairness though, the lack of air conditioning would rarely be a problem in Scotland!
