Simple, clean but deficient communication
Pros:

I'd probably give it 7.5. Clean room with a fridge, location is excellent and the price was right. Thought the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There isn't personnel on site and that made things complicated when trying to get some answers. I ended up receiving a reply after I had left the establishment. I think that communication is definitely something that can be improved. Also to note: room 103 is quite dark and doesn't have any outside light coming in.

Good value for money right at the centre of Lanarca
Pros:

Perfect location, very confortable room with a great view to the square and church and very prestative service from all staff. Very, very near many restaurants, bakeries and other shops and just a 5 minutes ( maximum) walk to the beach front.

Cons:

I liked everything but I struggled a bit to take my luggage up to the room and afterwards downstairs as the stairs were a bit unsafe for me, particularly. Would have appreciated some help but the fact is I didn't ask for it. I cannot fault the staff and management.

Pros:

Отель находится в 1 минуте от Церкви Святого Лазаря. Очень маленький, всего 8 номеров. Ресепшен не работает после 13-00. Я заехала позже, сама брала ключ, но никаких трудностей с этим не возникло.
Номера простые, но очень чисто, чистое постельное белье
Завтрака нет

Cons:

Крутая лестница на второй этаж, где номера
Нет кондиционера, мне он был не нужен, но летом, скорее всего, очень жарко

A very nice place to stay in Larnaca
Pros:

Location is very ideal for tourists, very near the beach, the intercity bus station and restaurants are walking distance from the hotel. My room's view is right across the Saint Lazarus Church, so lovely view. Though the hotel is located in the center of the old town, it is very quiet and peaceful especially at night. The place is very clean and efficient even if it is an old building. The staff are lovely, very accommodating. They are very proactive in making sure the guests are welcome and enjoying their stay.

Cons:

There is no elevator, difficult if you have a huge luggage or for old people.

Cons:

We booked a room for four people and paid in advance, but we did not receive the service and accommodation promised to us. Our experience with our baby and toddler was terrible and unsafe from the very beginning.
First, the entrance gate was blocked, and the owner refused to open the second half of the door for our stroller, forcing us to fold it every single time. Inside.
The stairs were completely unsafe for young children.
Despite our booking was for four people, the room had no cribs. Forcing a baby and a toddler to sleep on a high adult bed is a serious safety hazard, yet no solution was offered. To make matters worse, the main bed consisted of two single beds that kept drifting apart during the night. Out of desperation to keep our children from falling into the gap, we had to bring a sunbed up from downstairs to block it.
The next morning, instead of helping us, the owner sent an angry WhatsApp message accusing us of moving furniture. When we confronted him, he refused to listen, told us we should be grateful he did not charge extra for our children, and ordered us to leave his hotel immediately.
The Cypriot people are absolutely charming and wonderful, but this hotel owner gives a terrible impression of them. Someone with this hostile attitude should definitely not be working in the tourism industry.

Pros:

die Lage ist perfekt. das Zimmer ist ok für eine Nacht. die Aussicht war genial, es war extrem ruhig wegen der Aussicht auf einen Palmenstrand. Der war allerdings eine Fototapete. alles war soweit ok aber mehrere Nächte wären nicht optimal gewesen. die Rezeption war in Ordnung aber auch nicht mehr. Für den Preis war es absolut okay.

Cons:

eigentlich nichts. man bekommt was man bezahlt und das ist schon okay. 3 Sterne sind eben nur 3 Sterne. das ist absolut okay, mehr kann man von einen 3 Stern Hotel wirklich nicht verlangen. und der Preis ist sehr gut für die super gute Lage im Zentrum von Larnaca. Vielleicht könnte die Rezeption ein bisschen professioneller agieren.
