Interesting place staying underground. Glad we had the room with a bathroom window.
Was a bit noisy at times. 3 other rooms led off the same entrance and other guests were very noisy.
Good location and great ambiance
Sound proofing between rooms was not good. Floor boards squeezed
I just love this place! We stayed in the motel this time (caravan sites last time) and it was so amazing we booked another 2 nights on the way out!
Not a fan of the wooden spoons but I get it
Comfy and clean beds, nice viewing deck, great gift shop for souvenirs, park and animals were fun for the kids.
Room or camp kitchen didn’t have a toaster, bowls or cutlery. This is a basic requirement when traveling with 3 kids.
Coffee was really expensive, like $8 for a cap. Haven’t seen a coffee for more than $6 anywhere else in Aus.
Everything was spot on
Loved the location, a great place to stay as it’s so central to Uluru and Alice Springs. The shop has a great selection of food and souvenirs. We had dinner at the Emu bar which was nice.
The accommodation that we stayed in is was very old and tired looking. The facilities around the resort do not look like they do online. The pool and look out deck have aged and need some maintenance.
Convenience of location
Roof architrave falling down in bathroom, dangerous
In the middle of central Australia ( literally), we stayed at the hotel with private ensuite and kitchenette. It was clean and well resourced. A very comfortable break in the middle of our trip. It is worth going out the back to the campground to see the sunset from the viewing platform.
Given water restrictions in the area, I was amazed that they do not have water saving heads in the showers.
Rooms were clean but limited facilities in room.
Great location, feel and people.
Everything was better than expected. Will be back.
