Das ganze Team war sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut.

Die Lage, der grosse Parkplatz, Essen im Hotelrestaurant

Für's angenehme Wetter gibt's keine Garantie.Wir kamen in ein total ueberhitztes Zimmer an, bei einer Außentemperatur von 38 C. Vorhandene Rolladen waren nicht runtergefahren.Ventilator erst auf Nachfrage bekommen.Keine Infomappe (Angabe von Apotheke, oder Arzt,ect.)Zimmer wurde nicht wie angegeben während des Aufenthalts gereinigt.2.Ventilator nach der 1.Nacht zwar erhalten, aber die Abreise erfolgte 1 Tag früher,als geplant - es war eine echte Zumutung in dem "Saunazimmer" zu übernachten.
Selbst in der Hotellobby sehr heiss, obwohl an der Decke Klimaanlage zu sehen war - wahrscheinlich defekt.

Personal interessiert es nicht wenn jemand an der Rezeption wartet. Klingel und Telefon dort wird völlig ignoriert.
Unfreundlich. Geht gar nicht.
Zimmer im Sommer über 40 Grad ist nicht auszuhalten. Preis Leistung passt absolut nicht. Nie wieder...

Un allotjament discret sense grans comoditats.
Pros:

Ben situat. A motja hora de Friburg, d'Europa Park i de la Selva Negra.
Al costat d'una zona comercial.

Cons:

Habitacions petites, bany molt.petit. No hi ha aire acondicionat i hem enganxat l'onada de calor. Un ventilador de peu no és suficient per una habitació amb 3 persones.

Das Frühstück war gut
Es gab einen Abstellraum für Fahrräder

Cons:

Alles sehr abgewohnt, extrem schmutzige Teppich Boden. Es wurde mit Poolblick geworben, das war aber nur eine Baustelle.

Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel, Zimmer top, Personal top, Frühstück top.
Pool vorhanden, war aber noch nicht befüllt egal.
Wir werden wieder kommen

Cons:

Nicht gefallen, kann man so nicht sagen.
Da wir uns treffen um eine Freundin in Riegel zu besuchen wäre es in allen Punkten eine 10 von 10, wäre das hotel in Riegel gewesen. 🤭

Sehr zufrieden
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet auch das Restaurant und der Biergarten.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich🥰

Cons:

Wir besuchen immer eine Freundin in Riegel, schade, dass das hotel nicht in Riegel ist. 😉

Schade nur, dass die Zimmer keinen Balkon haben, dafür ist der Gemeinschaftsbalkon sehr schön.
