Pros:

O espaço exterior do hotel, a zona da piscina e das termas, estão muito bem cuidadas. A vista do hotel para o vulcão arenal é soberba.

Cons:

Os quartos estão muito velhos e a casa de banho é muita fraca. Podia ser um hotel muito bom se melhora-se os quartos.

Great first stop on our two week Liberia tour loop.
Pros:

Free access to trails, waterfalls and hot springs and proximity to nature parks. Short easy drive with rental car from Liberia airport. High quality toiletry products, excellent breakfast buffet and dinner in open air upper level main restaurant. Hammocks outside the rooms was a nice added feature. Salt water pool hot tub with poolside bar very nice.

Cons:

Little on the pricey side, but not out of line with CR in general.

Grounds were nice. Restaurants were good.
Pros:

Easy access to the volcano and surrounding attractions.

Cons:

The room was very small and there was a gap between the door and the floor where bugs could crawl in. However, we did not experience bugs in the room as we made sure to keep all food secured.

Plaatjes op booking zijn mooier dan de werkelijkheid

De natuur eromheen. De activiteiten en de hot springs.

Cons:

Kamer stonk en de geur was er niet uit te krijgen. Rups in mijn eten, Nacho's aangebrand en smakeloos. Onverzorgde kok die zijn excuses kwam aanbieden. Ze bieden modderbaden aan, maar in werkelijkheid krijg je een kommetje met, hopelijk, modder en daar mag je mee insmeren. Niets modderbaden. Is veel te overschat voor wat je uiteindelijk aantreft.

Stay at least two nights to enjoy the huge property!
Pros:

Huge property with lots to do. Nice pool and restaurants. Breakfast was amazing!

Cons:

Shuttle was not punctual to pick up from hot springs and then driver took a break while we all sat in the shuttle waiting. Left 30 minutes after pick up time.

The staff is not helpful and very difficult. The hotel could not arrange proper transportation from hotel to the airport. They kept insisting that I needed to beat the airport 4 hours before my flight local flight to Nosara and the sad part is they would not discuss the travel arrangements until after I paid for the ticket, which was $109 and they told me I had to take a 8:00 am bus for a 12:00 flight. It was crazy I said I would not do it and they refused to refund my money. This is a scammer hotel and I chose to stay at the Hilton near the airport and I showed up an hour before my flight and everything was good. I would avoid Booking.com because you can not even cancel your reservation with Booking wither

Grande structure très bien situé près du parc national Ricon de la Vieja qui propose beaucoup d'activité. Grande Chambre propre. Très bon petit déjeuner et Restaurant. Nous avons passé qu'une seule nuit mais nous avons apprécié notre séjour
