We can’t wait to come back and finish the excursions we didn’t have time for!
Pros:

Location was a quick drive from Liberia Airport, so many things we could easily drive to in our rental car to experience for free on their property. The National Park was such a fun experience with the volcanic activity. Breakfast was perfect with many options and very friendly staff. The sports bar had any major sports game on a huge screen to enjoy! The pool area and cafe was an absolute hit! Also they were so kind as we left the security guard at the gate got a radio call that my son had left his stuffed animal in his bed so we were able to go back to reception to retrieve it. They went Above and beyond!

Cons:

We had one mix up where staff gave us 3 towels instead of 4 early in the morning. We went on a few excursions and didn’t use them left them in the rental car and were worried they would charge $20 lost towel fee. But the staff was amazing and understood no charge and got an extra towel to enjoy the pool after our long day.

Pros:

A envolvencia da natureza completamente preservada e pequeno almoço bom. Hot springs e banhos de lama realmente um ponto alto.

Cons:

Restaurantes pouca oferta e preço elevado para o q servem. Atividades muito turísticas tipo fábrica de produção sem qq atenção individualizada, grupo mto grande só a cumprir atividades, muito diferente de há uns anos atrás e de outras empresas atualmente.

Great adventure activity, horrible food!
Pros:

beautiful location, lots to do and great activities. pool was also great for kids and I loved the play structure

Cons:

some of the staff seemed a little annoyed when asking for help & I got the feeling like I was bothering some of them. That being said there were a couple members of the staff who were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms need an update, there were lots of bugs. Also the food was awful, I didn’t enjoy one meal there. We nearly left early because I was so over eating at the property

The location and all that it offered was amazing and I would come back in a heart beat!

Cons:

Some of the staff seemed like they didn’t like their job. They shared exactly what they were trained to show me but were not helpful or friendly about it. As a customer you can feel when someone wants to help you versus when they have to help you. Also, I would not recommend the food. It did not have that authentic Costa Rican flavor or love, rather it felt mass produced and processed.

El lugar es precioso, hay mucho por hacer y el personal muy amable. Teníamos una actividad por el cumpleaños de mi mamá y el hotel muy amable nos ofreció un espacio para realizar la actividad. Toda mi familia venía muy complacida con el lugar.

Geweldige locatie waar veel te doen is
Pros:

Nette kamers, goed ontbijt, veel mooie activiteiten op het heel uitgestrekte complex. Zwemmen bij watervallen, hotsprings, modderbad, etc

Cons:

Restaurants en eten is kwalitatief goed. Personeel zou iets meer sfeer mogen brengen
