The location, room and staff
The prestige suite that I stayed at got cold during the night and there was no way to increase the room temperature beyond 25! Also even though the cost of the suite per night was at the higher end, there was no complimentary water in the room. There was a minibar which included water but that was not complimentary!! The breakfast options were relatively limited.

Plenty of space for the two of us
The location was ideal, a little quieter on the south bank, the room was very comfortable, clean and cool. We did not have breakfast. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage for a few hours after checking out.
Absolutely love this place one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in definitely worth the money. Absolutely lovely stuff so hopeful and made our stay so easy. The staff actually sat down with us on the first day and helped us with where to go and where to eat, what to book ect. If I ever return to Florence, this is where I will be heading!

Absolutely stunning hotel room with high quality furnishings, plenty of space to relax, and a feeling of luxury. Very conveniently located for walking around the centre of Florence.
My only critique of our stay is that we were staying over the road in the Palazzo Bianca Cappello. This meant that there was frequently no concierge available on the front desk if we had a query or request, and would have to go over the road and up several flights of stairs to find someone to speak to.
Perfect location with very helpful staff
The staff was amazing. Everyone! Was just great! I would definitely stay here again!! The location is about 10 to 20 minute walking to every main location.

Two tiny things was that the AC was good but it never went to 18 and stayed there, still cool though and TV wasn't the best. Could be updated with Netflix etc rather than an old Sky system which wasn't always successfully working.
Staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgable of the local area, hotel itself was beautiful.
