This is where you want to stay in Florence
Pros:

Palace Ridolfi met all of our expectations. We actually stayed across the street in a second Palazzo from the 16th Century.
This lodging also had a staff member present until 2000 hours. The rooms were very spacious with modern conveniences.
Breakfast was in the main building but was not an inconvenience. Eggs and hot beverages were made at your request.
All the staff was very lovely and we especially liked Natalie.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. It is only a 20 minute walk to the Duomo, but much quieter than staying in a Hotel in the city center.
Any request we had was promptly accomplished. One of the nicest places we have stayed while travelling to over 100 countries and territories.

La atención del personal fue extraordinario, muy atentas a dar buenas recomendaciones y a facilitar la estancia en Florencia. La ubicación fue excelente y las instalaciones cómodas.

Pros:

The staff were so beautiful, warm and welcoming. The location was amazing. The property was old and oozed character but with a modern twist.

Stairs. However, the staff were so helpful they carried our bags up and down the stairs.
