i would suggest that they put workers who speak English language at the reception not only Portugues

Stay would have been more pleasant with hot water shower, and faster food service.

Hotel was at prominent location, Good.

Cons:

Hotel was not well maintained like the passage lights were not working, it was dark passage while walking towards room. The hot water was not coming in the bathroom, the room service came to attend he could not find out the problem and left for not to come again. Bathroom's door latch was broken. Kitchen was very slow, I had to wait for 2 hours to get my food.

Unpleasant stay
Pros:

The check in and check out was a smooth process.

The location is convenient and easy to find.

Cons:

Cleanliness was appalling. Linens were dirty, towels were worn and raggered, the room had a musty smell and was dusty.

The restaurant service was very poor. The buffet options at breakfast were very limited.

Wifi and appliances (Kettle, TV) did not work. The aircon was blowing dust into the room.
