Hotel con buen servicio,
Pros:

en general el Hotel me pareció bien, solicitamos una habitación en planta baja y estuvo hasta el final del pasillo, no tuvimos cobertores adicionales los buscamos, en cuanto al servicio de televisión se tiene una gama importante de canales, pero la velocidad del WI FI no es adecuada las imágenes se congelan y hacen imposible poder disfrutar de algún programa. está muy cerca del centro de cholula y cuenta con estacionamiento lo cual permite estacionar el carro y poder visitar a pie las áreas turísticas. no hubo sugerencias del personal quienes fueron amables, cumplieron su función sin caer en " podemos ayudar en algo", "existe algo en lo que podamos apoyarle durante su estancia". es la segunda vez que estamos en este hotel y si pensamos que podríamos regresar en un futuro.
