This is a fabulous, modern, small hotel on the newer side of Borjomi. We loved our incredibly spacious room where we had more than enough room for our things. The balcony & view were great, it’s quiet, having a fridge & tea/coffee in the room was helpful, and the bed was comfortable. We slept well here. Loved the room style & decor. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Loved that we could park for free right out the front of the hotel
It’s a bit of a walk (10-15 mins) to restaurants & the prettier part of Borjomi where the action is. Breakfast would have been better if some of the dishes were hot, and I couldn’t find butter anywhere! The coffee was awful so we went to a cafe afterwards for that. These are minor things though & overall we really enjoyed our stay here
Extremely modern and clean. Spacious! The bed was so comfortable that we had a good night sleep after 10 days of our road trip. The staff was really welcoming as well. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Almost everything was good.
The hotel is fairly recent and very well kept. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The reception personnel is very kind and speaks, among other languages, perfect English. The breakfast is akin to a 5stars hotel, freshly made, very tasty, I was looking forward to it every morning. Parking available in front of the hotel.
Only slight minus, it sits along a very busy road, so you will hear trucks/cars day and night. Was not enough to disturb me, but your mileage may vary.
