Falta de higiene com itens de cama
Pros:

Os funcionários são muito educados, prestativos, a limpeza das áreas comuns excelente.

Cons:

Fiz reserva para 4 pessoas e deixaram 2 toalhas, não faz sentido nenhum. No quarto só haviam 3 cobertas MUITO fedidas, muito mesmo, com certeza não foram lavadas por muito tempo, cheiro de suor INSUPORTÁVEL. O varal da cortina do quarto foi instalado errado, deveria ter sido colocado mais pra cima e a cortina deveria ser maior, quem só consegue dormir no escuro com certeza não vai conseguir dormir.

fizeram confusão com nossa,reserva e ficamos o primeiro dia em um quarto inferior ao pago.
Alguns de nós dormimos em colchões no chão.
Ficaram de dar um desconto direto no cartão de crédito onde foi paga a reserva e até agora não fizeram
