Pros:

Localização e café da manhã.

Cons:

Chegamos e fomos informados que íamos ficar no quarto 312 e quando chegamos no quarto, estava em reforma. Fomos até a recepção e nos fizeram um UP grade para um quarto melhor. Porém chegamos no quarto e tinha uma toalha de rosto suja em cima das toalhas limpas de banho, ignorei e usei as limpas. Só pontuando para o hotel para melhoria. As demais coisas gostamos.

Not worthy for the value, but it was not fault of the staff. The owner needs to take better care of the hotel.
Pros:

The staff was excellent and helped us with the problems we had, and were very happy to help. The receptionist, the staff at the breakfast.

Cons:

The facilities are old and need maintenance, the first room we got was not very clean but the staff helped us with the room and the walls were with humidity

Claro!! No geral, a acomodação, localização foram boas...mas pode melhorar!!

A equipe do hotel é muito cordial e educada, porém são fechados, não se comunicam

Quando chegamos, tivemos que ligar para o hotel para perguntar como funcionava o estacionamento, pois os portões ficam fechados e não tem placa de ESTACIONAMENTO PARA HÓSPEDES, e não dá para parar na rua e esperar alguém abrir, pois a rua tem um certo movimento. Eu colocaria uma placa em cada portão com a frase: ESTACIONAMENTO EXCLUSIVO PARA HÓSPEDES.

Pagamos o estacionamento assim que chegamos, e ao sair fomos cobrados novamente, ou seja, não pusseram no histórico do hóspedes essa informação para que outros funcionários pudessem ver. Tivemos que ir ao carro, desfazer mala e achar o comprovante.

Ficamos em um quarto excelente, espaçoso e bem limpo, mas estava bem embaixo da cozinha (ficamos no terceiro andar e a cozinha é no quarto andar) e acordavamos todos os dias antes da 6 da manhã com barulho de cadeiras sendo arrastadas, um barulho irritante, e olha que sou de boa quanto a isso, mas infelizmente incomoda, príncinpalmente para quem está com criança pequena (não era nosso caso).

O café da manhã é razoável, tem pouca variedade mas atende bem. Porém tem poucas pessoas trabalhando no salão, uma única moça e muito gentil e educada corria entre a cozinha e o salão para limpar e abastecer. O detalhe chato do salão de café são das mesas que estão sem apoio de um dos pés, as mesas dançam pra lá e pra cá, se puderem colocar um apoio no pé das mesas já resolve.

A outra coisa muito importante é a porta de entrada, quando você abre a porta de vidro e solta ela volta contudo contra você e quase machuquei o tornozelo. Recomendo que coloquem um amortecedor de porta, vai evitar acidentes, principalmente com crianças.

Bom, eu vi muita coisa que pode ser melhorada, mas vou parar por aqui para não ser o chato.
