Absolute Empfehlung- alles perfekt

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war von Anfang bis Ende absolut gelungen. Schon beim Check-In wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich sofort willkommen gefühlt hat. Der gesamte Check-In lief absolut super und reibungslos ab. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die tadellose Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus – alles war blitzblank und extrem gepflegt. Auch die Lage ist ideal: Das Zentrum von Köln ist von hier aus sehr gut und unkompliziert mit Bahn und Bus zu erreichen. Es war einfach alles prima und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen definitiv jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!
