Foi ótimo. Gostei bastante
Pros:

Gostei do atendimento, da cama, da comida, do café da manhã. Gostei do quarto, amplo, grande, bem confortável.

Cons:

Só não gostei do fato de não ter toalha para a criança, não ter travesseiro e a cama extra que foi solicitada. E a chofagem que não aqueceu bem o quarto. Ficou bem fraquinha.

I did not like anything about this hotel

Cons:

When I rang up to explain I would be arriving at about 7.30pm, I was told there would be no staff on duty after 7pm and I was expected to collect a key from a key safe outside the building and find my own way to my room. Quite unacceptable

Cons:

The hotel was okay and the location was decent. However, the biggest problem was that it was extremely cold inside the hotel. We stayed for one night, on New Year’s Eve, and we were freezing the whole time. The heating was not working at all, which made our stay very uncomfortable. Because of the cold, we could not really enjoy our stay.
