Cons:

Abbiamo chiesto se era possibile aggiungere un terzo letto, ci hanno dato conferma per e-mail, ma quando siamo arrivate in stanza scopriamo che la stanza era molto angusta nel sottotetto e che il terzo non era un letto, ma un divano molto piccolo, con un cuscino non più alto di 10 cm e corto (per fortuna la mia non era tanto alta) in simil pelle su cui era stato steso un lenzuolo. Chi ci ha dormito ha dormito praticamente sulla plastica. Quando siamo andati a reclamare ci hanno detto che non c'erano altre camere disponibili, che ci avrebbero restituito i 50€ pagati a nero e senza ricevuta e che la terza persona doveva andare via e che quello era un ordine non contestabile!
In più il bagno aveva una porta vetrata con solo delle bande satinate lasciando vedere tutto dalla camera.

Sehr schlecht geschlafen sonst einigermaßen okay
Pros:

Das Personal war extrem Freundlich und aufmerksam

Cons:

Das Bett war viel zu weich und der Lüfter im Bad ist von der Decke gefallen. Das Frühstück war okay nur der Brotaufstrich (Nutella, Schoko Duo) sah sehr unappetitlich aus.

The isolation of the walls is insufficient. You will clearly hear the conversations and music/TV of your neighbours.

A lot of noise from the main road directly next to the hotel.

Super Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Deutz für Veranstaltungen der Lanxess Arena, Tanzbrunnen o.ä.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, alles gut erreichbar zu Fuß.

Cons:

Nach außen hin war es schalldicht durch die Fenster, allerdings leider nicht durch die Zimmertür…

Das Zimmer war mit Schimmel befallen was absolut gar nicht geht. Es sollte um 7 uhr Frühstück geben war aber noch nicht fertig.

Mooie uitvalsbasis voor bezoek Keulse Tanzbrunnen
Pros:

1. Het gevoel van gastvrijheid door het behulpzame personeel.
2. De netjes verzorgde kamer met doucheruimte.in een pand met historische kenmerken.

Cons:

a. Bij warm weer is gebruik van een ventilator aan te bevelen.
b. Om met eigen auto te parkeren is het raadzaam om een parkeerplek nabij het hotel te reserveren. (Er zijn maar weinig openbare parkeerplaatsen, wel enkele in de prijzige parkeergarage van Köln Triangel)

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Überaus freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit und super Parkplatz! Alles unkompliziert und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Die Aufteilung in dem kleinen Zimmer war praktisch und modern gelöst!
