Lautstärke. Der Zimmernachbar hat laut geschnarcht und die Wände sind so dünn, dass ich es gehört habe. Außerdem laute Diskussionen auf dem Flur und Menschen, die die Treppe herauf- und herunterlaufen - kaum Schallschutz durch die Zimmertür. Dann sind alle Toiletten so nah an der Wand angebracht, dass man als Erwachsener Mensch nicht auf der Brille sitzen kann...

Nette Location, Personal gleichgültig für Beschwerden, keinerlei Dämmung für andere Besucher.
Pros:

Lage zu Konzerthallen wie der Essigfabrik oder Kölner Dom top. Vor allem vom Bahnhof Deutz sehr einfach zu erreichen.

Cons:

Beschwerde über unerträglich laute Gäste wurde mit einem desinteressierten "Joa, können wir nichts machen, sind ja nachts nicht da" erwidert. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Interesse an Besserung, nichts. Viel zu dünne Wände und fragwürdig abgeschlossene Türen für mehrtägige Aufenthalte.

Nettes kleines Hotel in Top Lage, nur 20 Gehminuten zum Kölner Dom! Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück war auch ok

Cons:

Die offene Dusche war nicht so optimal, da alles sehr nass wird. Da wäre vielleicht eine Falttür hilfreich. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, für 1-2 Nächte aber ok

War für eine Nacht ok aber nochmal würde ich das Hotel nicht buchen

Nah an der Messe

Cons:

Das Zimmer war viel zu klein obwohl ich ein Doppelzimmer gebucht habe. Das Badezimmer war so klein, dass man noch nicht einmal gerade auf der Toilette sitzen konnte. Der Parkplatz war sehr teuer. Insgesamt war das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr schlecht. Für das Geld bekommt man bessere Unterkünfte in Köln.

Angehme Übernachtung in Köln.
Pros:

Sehr sauber, ordentlich, bequeme Betten. Zimmer auf den Innenhof war sehr ruhig. Die Lanxess Arena war entspannt zu Fuss erreichbar, Nahnhof Deutz war 4min entfernt. Einige Lokale rund ums Hotel zu finden.
Uns wurde bei Abreise noch ein Kaffee angeboten.

Cons:

Zimmer im 3.Stock ohne Aufzug. Aber das ist nicht wirklich schlimm.

Cons:

Die Gastgeberin am Telefon war extrem unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht lösungsorientiert. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, auf Nachfrage gab es nur die Antwort: alle Zimmer sind belegt, Pech gehabt! So ein unprofessionelles Verhalten habe ich selten erlebt.
Insgesamt ist das Zimmer nicht den Preis wert, die Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Einrichtung veraltet. Das Zimmer ist zudem sehr klein.
