Pros:

Lage ist Top, direkt in der Stadt, Fußläufig zur Messe und Tanzbrunnen, viel Kneipen und Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Parken ist ok wenn an die Parkplätze des Hotels bucht oder man braucht etwas Glück um in dem Viertel einen Platz zu finden. Zimmer modern und sauber.

Look harder. Mid property for the price.

Location. Breakfast.

Cons:

Room was a coffin. Space for your body using toilet was ridiculously cramped. Walls are paper thin and can hear other guests chat. Door lock was broken, and front lady woman was ignorant about it.

Solide und gut gelegen
Pros:

Es ist wirklich verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Nah zum Bahnhof Köln-Deutz und zur Lanxess-Arena

Cons:

Die Außenbeleuchtung (Statue of Liberty) war wie ein Nachtlicht in meinem Zimmer 😉

Es ist unmöglich zu Duschen, ohne das das Zimmer überflutet wird - der Empfang durch den Rezeptionist - durcheinander und sehr forsch

Sehr nettes Personal, besonders die Dame, die das Frühstück betreut hat. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten 2 Parkplätze gebucht und dafür auch eine schriftliche Bestätigung bekommen. Leider war nur 1 Parkplatz verfügbar.

TipTop, sehr süß gestaltet, etwas sanierungsbedürftig. Sehr hellhörig. Super freundlich Personal, würde wieder kommen :)
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, nicht mal 10 min Fußweg zur LanxessArena. Mit dem Uber auch super schnell am Dom. Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung :) Würde nochmal kommen!

Cons:

Sehr sehr sehr hellhörige Zimmer. Etwas sanierungsbedürftig. Haben keine Parkplätze gefunden, aber wir hatten dann in der LanxessArena geparkt, aufgrund des Konzerttarifs. Dennoch um das Auto kurz abzustellen zum einchecken, sehr sehr schwierig einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden.

War eine Erfahrung wert - aber nie wieder .
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel war super nah an der Lanxess Areana, diese war nur 1km entfernt. Haupteingang mit einem Zahlen Code gesichert so das man 24/7 rein und raus konnte. Fussbodenheizung im Badezimmer .

Cons:

Leider keine Parkplätze in der nähe, weshalb wir in einem Parkhaus ( 600m vom Hotel ) parken mussten für 25 Euro am Tag. Das Zimmer war viel kleiner als auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Das Bett leider zu kurz für meinen Partner. Sehr laut , jedes Türren schließen hat man gehört. Es war kein Aufzug vorhanden, weswegen wir all unser Gepäck in den dritten Stock tragen mussten. Die Dusche war ebenfalls sehr schmal geschnitten, man konnte sich in dieser kaum umdrehen. Man kam kaum in das Bett von der Seite, da dort nur minimal Platz war.

Cons:

Sehr laute personen und Autos auf der Strasse. Umgebung beruhigt sich erst ab 4 uhr nachts.
