Location and staff
White tile walls, smell of toxic mothballs, poorly finished and maintained basin, toilet and shower with too many cockroaches
They claimed there was a renovation at the hotel and informed us that no rooms were available. Instead, they transferred us to a different hotel that was clearly of lower value and had a much cheaper room rate. Despite this, they refused to adjust the price we had already paid or allow us to cancel the booking.
After a long journey, we didn't have the energy to argue, so we reluctantly checked in. This felt misleading and highly unprofessional. Charging guests for one hotel while accommodating them in a cheaper one without offering a refund or cancellation is completely unacceptable.
There was nothing to like.
They refused to give us room and arrongantly told us to search for other rooms. We were left stranded as the day was a special one. We booked through booking.com becuase of the goodwill and trustworthiness ensured by booking.com. but no help was provided from booking.com.. if a property can cancel the booking like this, then whats the point of booking through a reputed platform..
Nothing except the location.
The room was not at all what was shown on the booking. It was untidy, broken tiles, leaking bathroom, low ac, stinking pillows.. everything was a nightmare.
It is Good
Everything Fine
Only location.
For a budget hotel, I had realistic expectations. I wasn't expecting luxury, so I could overlook the shabby bedsheets, the faulty flush, and the generally worn-out condition of the room. At this price point and location, compromises are part of the deal.
What I couldn't overlook was the appalling attitude of the manager, Muthu.
After noticing a poster advertising trips to nearby attractions arranged by the hotel, I asked him how to reach a few local places. His response was, "You'll get a bus from the bus stand." That was about as helpful as telling someone they'll find water in the sea. I was obviously asking for practical information. When I asked for an approximate auto or taxi fare instead, he curtly replied that since he didn't own an auto or taxi, he had no idea. Throughout the conversation, I remained polite, despite having already paid for three nights in advance.
The indifference didn't end there. There was bottled water in the room only on the first day. On the second day, I had to ask for one. On the third day, I was simply told they had no stock. If a hotel can't manage something as basic as drinking water for its guests, it says everything about how little they care.
Budget pricing is never an excuse for rude behaviour and complete indifference. Poor facilities can be tolerated. Poor attitude cannot. I won't be returning, and I certainly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who expects even the most basic level of hospitality.
Good Ambeniance and Good People delt with .
Auto man near to that area are really rude and not having basic discipline how to treat people and how to approach, they are litreally behave like a Gundas. They are not allowing us to cross
