A complete waste of money with poor service and misleading photos.

Nothing. The property did not meet my expectations in any way. I would not recommend it to anyone and will never stay here again.

I had a very disappointing experience staying at this property and would not recommend it.

The room service was extremely poor, and the toilet was in terrible condition. The lift was unreliable and frequently not working properly. The air conditioning in my room did not work at all. I called the staff several times to report the issue, but no one ever came to fix it. The lack of response and customer service was unacceptable.

The biggest disappointment was that the photos on Booking.com appear to be heavily edited or AI-generated and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. The reality was completely different from what was advertised.

Overall, this was a complete waste of money. I will never stay at this property again, and I would advise other travelers to think twice before booking here.

Pros:

Room is decent and neat.

Cons:

Breakfast is poor, same items every day, very limited options and not tasty too. Not for members who prefer 3star range. The area is too busy, too much noise, no proper parking, the roads are dirty in front of the hotel, also the hotel entrance is bus Stop and auto stand, very very annoying.
