Reception Staff behaviour. The staff are not even metric. They do not know what is hospitality. I booked double bed and paid full one of Rs. 1800 + GST, but mistakenly, I selected the number of guests as "1". Actually, we were two; myself and my wife. That was a inadvertent error form my side. I explained this to the reception staff. He replied that he can't provide complimentary breakfast for one guest as I mentioned the number of guests as "1". I told him I booked double bed and paid for two guests., and by mistake I wrongly mentioned the guests as "1'. The reception staff (such as an immature boy) argued that he can't provide complimentary breakfast for one guest. What to talk to such a staff, who hasn't study hospitality. The room is not clean. I never saw any of the cleaning or supporting staff in the hotel. There was only one reception staff who manages the front office. Another problem is that the car parking is located from away from the hotel. Pathetic. The parking is also congested. You need to drive your car to the parking place through most dirtiest road.

Pros:

Hotel staff not coperative and they are behaving like guests are burden for them, don't book the property it is in city centre but so congested and rooms are so dirty and not even we can stay for a night, I saw all the guests in the hotel are buff to see the picture of hotel but in really it's not all the pictures in over all platforms are fake and hotel ask prepayment once u done with payment then u will be stuck it's non refundable and hotel management id denied to return if u raise complaint for room service and cleaning no one respond, all staff looks like goons they are not giving the positive response to guests.wast of money as well if u spoil ur trip then book the hotel

If you can bare with the rude staff it’s ok to stay
Pros:

It’s in the prime location how ever they are taking advantage of this and rude staff behaviour

Cons:

Parking is so far away it takes half an hour to go around and park and comeback

Pros:

Location was perfect and the front office staff was very helpful. Sorry I couldn't get down their names, Room price was worth since its BB basis. Would like to recommend the place to any individual or family's.
