The restaurant staff were good particularly Francis Xavier.
On checking in we were told that they had cancelled our booking at midday despite my arrangements that we would arrive at 4pm. Only when I provided evidence of my correspondence did they concede and provided an upgrade as our original room had been let. Not a good welcome but satisfactory in the end.
Large, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Great outdoor area with pool and plenty of space to sit. Great breakfast selection and very friendly staff. Keep up the great work.
Location and decent breakfast choices.
The room had many issues. Firstly the facilities are old, the shower's pressure was very low making a good refreshing shower not possible. The hot water was not hot. The cleanliness was also not up to expectation, there were strands of hair in the bathroom. The main room door couldn't be locked easily & you have to use high force & it locks only after man attempts. The kettle in the room had several damages although you can boil water. Overall, it is not value for money, I feel the price was expensive for the service and comfort that we got in return.
The staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was good. Room was spacious. The air conditioning was quite powerful.
The water pressure in the shower was terrible - it was slimmer than the tap. The windows could have been cleaner - it had dirt marks.

The breakfast was sumptuous with a good variety of food items. The staff are hospitable and pleasant. Room is spacious and well lit. Swimming pool is clean.
