Pros:

I did enjoy the warm reception of the staffs even from those who were majorly French speakers. And yes the two Staffs I met at the reception who were English speakers were nice to a fault and really helpful. My stay was wonderful really.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was having to climb a lot of stairs just to get to my room. It was a nice view but climbing up all the way there was not nice. Had to think twice before going up or coming down.

You people are bunch of scammers

Cons:

Everything, they didn't provide any wifi , no option of hot bath and they charged way higher than the price on the booking. Customer service was zero because they kept on lying about the internet. Food was poor.

Wasn’t the best but certainly not the worst
Pros:

There must be TV’s in the rooms at the ground floor most especially the room I was in (105) . As a traveler the Wi-Fi really helped me . The guys around are very warm and I like the reception and how approachable they are .
I would have rated the room 10/10 but due to some things I chose 5 . So whoever is in charge of the place needs to do some serious uplifting of the place fix the broken toilet and stuff

Cons:

The rooms on the ground floor take in so much noise from the outside due to the windows that face outside where people walk pass and vehicles also drive by . Those rooms should be for people coming for some short time not people like myself that spent several days .
