Very bad experience out there.
Very Very bad service.

Cons:

All services described in reservation App were not provided, all utilities listed in reservation were denied once in place. No even Basic need was provided for your stay. No AC, No water, no TV. They even quick you out before your normal checkout date.
Overall the service is worse.
Hotel not recommanded for vacation.

The room was clean and out dated, things had not been up kept, let run down.

Cons:

It was out dated, cockroaches on walls. Traveling with 2 other men, one killed roach in his room and when we came back Saturday after being gone 8 plus hours, my white shirt that was laying on top of my clothes had dark brown spots, roach waste, yes. We had to get them to give us toilet paper for all 3 rooms and no light in 1 bathroom and got them to put in a bulb. Power went on and off during the night. My opinion is that this place is not good to have on your site. I definitely got what I paid for in a low price, about 15 a night per room.

Room extremely hot, even with the fan on It did not help. The hotel safari is the place the staff are housed. There was mosquitos everywhere. Minimum breakfast. The owner should evaluate the property. It is neglected. The hotel does not accept credit card.

Could be much.better even the price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just ok. The room was spacious

Cons:

The room and toilet were not properly cleaned, there was a dead cockroach when we arrived beside the bed. There were mosquitoes in the room. The towel was wet.

Pros:

I did enjoy the warm reception of the staffs even from those who were majorly French speakers. And yes the two Staffs I met at the reception who were English speakers were nice to a fault and really helpful. My stay was wonderful really.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was having to climb a lot of stairs just to get to my room. It was a nice view but climbing up all the way there was not nice. Had to think twice before going up or coming down.

Everything, they didn't provide any wifi , no option of hot bath and they charged way higher than the price on the booking. Customer service was zero because they kept on lying about the internet. Food was poor.
