PeraNox Boutique Hotel

La struttura gode di una posizione davvero strategica: a due passi dalla Torre di Galata e vicinissima a Taksim Square. La metropolitana si trova praticamente sotto l’hotel ed è ottimamente collegata anche con l’aeroporto di Sabiha Gökçen, rendendo gli spostamenti molto comodi.

Nonostante la posizione centralissima, l’hotel è sorprendentemente tranquillo e non si avverte affatto il caos di İstiklal Caddesi, una delle vie più trafficate e vivaci di Istanbul. Una posizione ideale per visitare la città e muoversi facilmente.

Отличное расположение для ночёвки перед ранним рейсом. Чисто. Ничего лишнего. Есть всё необходимое.

Super schöne Unterkunft :) super Lage und richtig nette Mitarbeiterinnen. Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht, jeden Tag wurde das Bett gemacht, das Wasser kostenlos aufgefüllt. Sehr gute Klimaanlage und das Bett war auch total bequem. Es liegt wirklich super zentral, man geht raus und schon ist man mitten im Geschehen.

I was not intending to write this review, I ought to due to a defensive Whats app message sent from this hotel after leaving a review on booking.com. I spoke to booking.com and they value me as a customer with integrity and transparency. We never ask for a refund in the first place. Certain, a WhatsApp message is not professional, we felt as if we betrayed them and we had no right to leave an honest review. The annoying thing that Peranox blamed us that we had never mentioned concerns during stay; which is a lie. We did express concerns, there was nothing they could do in their own words, ref: Meryem at reception, she did come across as lovely, hope that it was not her sent messages. The whole thing was a bit disturbing. We had to say that the pictures are misleading, we were not expecting a large room , but not at this level that you only have a bar to hang a few clothing ABOVE THE TEA , COFFEE STATION. Not even a suitcase , foldable stand. I did not want to put my cases on clean bedding. By the way, we did say, the room was clean, etc posted put the positives. The lift was weird, small , you can not go in with cases, or as in 2 people...difficult to adjust, not ideal after a long, tiring journey, I had to climb stairs, not that I have a problem with that but I rather use the lift when I need to , we were very short for time trying to sort stuff out..I cancelled the tea station, put the kettle away somewhere so that I coukd use the bar above the station, otherwise it is not hygienic plus shy do I want steaming on my clothes...they coukd have done some rail storage elsewhere. I stayed in small rooms, they seem to have a built-in.. or more logical solutions, more hooks, shelves etc..why could not think.of a case stand, boutique hotel is about the detail and necessary tools I would have thought...we were critiqued on our review, i replied and said, i live in UK, allowed to write down a review, they should not taken it to.a different level and also twisted it that we never asked for solutions.. it is not professional and respectful. They did not have a bigger room available..neither a suitcase stand..the bizarre thing that we were offered a free 1 night stay in a bigger room . I am.not travelling there from uk just for that, and why would I after the WhatsApp message, I eoulx be worried that I would be treated even worse..so, we did adk.for a refund then as they actually said sorry..they would not do that, it does not matter, we got credits from booking.com, and Peranox made themselves look unprofessional, if they dont like reviews, they are in the wrong business. I am not gonna stay quiet when it comes to unacceptable behaviour. The hotel.in a verynarrow side road, very close to other building, when you open windows, ypu get a wall ...Just saying I would not call it comfortable if u r in a small room..and the management after our experience failed in their duty of care..

Konumu harika, metronun dibindesiniz. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Odanın dekorasyonu çok hoştu, yatak rahattı. Fiyat olarak uygun bulduk ve çok memnun kaldık.
