Pros:

The location was perfect for what I had planned during my stay, the staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean and had everything I needed! Would definitely return maybe just a with a mattress topper!

Cons:

The mattress was extremely hard (this is my only complaint)

Location was good

Cons:

Do not book a taxi through them!! It is more expensive than a regular taxi, and it cannot pick you up at the airport. Instead, you have to walk hundreds of meters with your luggage along a poorly lit roadside outside the airport area.

A real scam!!

Perfect and cosy
Pros:

The hotel was wonderful—clean, well-organized, and beautiful. The receptionist, Gayjo, was extremely respectful, helpful, and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond to assist me and made my stay truly pleasant. A sincere thank you to him for his warm hospitality. I will definitely return to this hotel because of the great service.”

Pros:

Great cozy and freshly renovated hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, special thanks to receptionist Roza who was amazing.
Clean room, comfortable bed, free water, coffee, sleepers and shower gels.
Great central location, metro and tram within walking distance

Cons:

Unfortunately very little noise isolation. You will hear every noise from the neighbours and outside.

Would stay at the hotel again but it’s definitely budget
Pros:

The property was in a great spot and the person we were dealing with was really helpful. It was good overall value for money

Cons:

The room was tiny and the bathroom light flickered heavily whenever we used the light which mean we didn’t use it. The bed/ pillows were not too comfy. We also landed to a request to cancel our stay which was incorrect but caused a bit of panic after a long day travelling.

We also arranged a transfer via them and the taxi driver was 15 mins late despite prebooking, overcharged us (even though the metre was on) and even stopped on the way to buy cigs and then proceeded to smoke them in the cab

Een oase van rust middenin het centrum
Pros:

We hadden om een stille kamer gevraagd en die hebben we gekregen. Heerlijk rustig. Een goed matras, goede locatie, vriendelijke ontvangst en heerlijke (hoge) regendouche.

Cons:

De kamer was niet heel ruim.

Sehr zentral gut erreichbar

Cons:

In der Nacht laut, oft laute Musik von draußen zu hören
Badezimmer war ziemlich verschimmelt keine gute Belüftung (hat uns aber nicht so gestört)
