Die Lage war super das Zimmer sah sehr hübsch aus

Cons:

Auf den Bildern sieht man schon über dem Bett schöne Gemälden weil das Fenster sehr klein Abseits steht und wenn es auf in Hof zeigt ist das eine Katastrophe. Frühstück ist unangenehm gewesen.

Ночью случилась авария в ванной комнате. Прорвало трубу с горячей водой. Горячей водой затопило весь номер. Чемоданы, все вещи в чемоданах, обувь все было в воде. Всю ночь не спали. Администратор переселил нас в другой номер. Утром мы должны были выезжать из отеля. Попросили администратора задержаться до 4 часов дня, что бы просушить хотя бы часть вещей. Получили отказ. Только после настойчивого требования нам разрешили задержаться до 3 часов дня. Администрация отеля не принесла ни каких извинений за предоставленные неудобства, испорченные вещи и бессонную ночь. Не спросили как скомпенсировать нам убытки. С таким плохим отношением к гостям я встречаюсь первый раз. Не советую этот отель для проживания.

Great Stay at a Well-Located Hotel with Excellent Value for Money
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Istiklal Street and only a few minutes from Taksim Square, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.

Both the hotel and the rooms were well equipped, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. The staff were well trained, polite, courteous, and exceptionally friendly. They were always willing to assist us with anything we needed without any hesitation, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The positive aspects, particularly the outstanding staff, comfortable rooms, and excellent location, far outweighed the few shortcomings. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we would happily stay at this hotel again in the future. I would certainly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Cons:

In my opinion, the hotel has room for improvement in two areas: the air conditioning and the breakfast service.

The air conditioning in the rooms could not be controlled by guests. Every time we wanted to switch it on or adjust the temperature, we had to contact reception. Although the staff always responded promptly and were happy to help, having to call reception each time was inconvenient and became a nuisance.

Regarding breakfast, I would rate the breakfast staff 10 out of 10 for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Unfortunately, the overall breakfast service was disappointing due to understaffing and a lack of equipment in the dining area. Drinks such as coffee and juice were only available by ordering from the staff, as there were no self-service dispensers. As a result, we often had to wait a considerable amount of time just to receive a simple glass of juice or a cup of coffee. While the variety of food offered was quite good, the overall quality of the food did not meet our expectations.
