Pleasant stay with friendly staff, but disappointing customer support regarding a booking mistake.
Pros:

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good location. The hotel was comfortable overall, and the team was polite and welcoming during my stay.

Cons:

I accidentally booked and paid for one extra night and informed the hotel immediately after check-in. Unfortunately, neither the hotel nor Booking.com support were willing to refund or adjust the unused final night, even though I did not stay that night. This was disappointing and affected my overall experience.

Fantastische prijs-kwaliteitverhouding op een mooie locatie in Fatih!
Pros:

Ömer heeft ons perfect geholpen met de koffers bij binnenkomst. Geweldige, gastvrije meneer! Het ontbijt is een authentiek Turks ontbijt in buffetvorm en bovenal, inbegrepen bij de overnachting.

Cons:

Aantal faciliteiten waren defect zoals de föhn die het niet deed en de airco die op een bepaalde stand een hard/zacht afwisselend zoemend geluid maakt.

Bardzo dobry hotel i idealne miejsce jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta! 3-4 minuty do przystanku tramwajowego i autobusowego - skąd można bezproblemowo dotrzeć do wielu najważniejszych atrakcji Stambułu. Hotel bardzo czysty a obsługa niezwykle uprzejma! Wifi hotelowe dzała świetnie. Naprawdę ciężko, aby do czegoś się przyczepić! Polecam z całą odpowiedzialnością💪👍👌
