Tout est très bien. Le personnel est fantastique que cela soit à la réception (Ganze) ou celui du petit déjeuner ( Leïla, chef Bahar et Aynur). Le petit déjeuner est très bon, complet, varié avec une soupe différente tous les jours. L'emplacement est à 50 m du tramway qui mène directement au centre ville en moins de 10 mn. Très belle expérience.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family and children. The location is excellent, with the tram line just a short walk away, making it very easy to get around the city.

A special thanks to Seljuk at the reception. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout our stay. His warm attitude and willingness to assist made our experience even better.

We highly recommend this hotel for families with children and would be happy to stay here again!

Cons:

There are a few things that could be improved:

- The breakfast was exactly the same every day, so a little more variety would be appreciated.
- The area outside the hotel was not cleaned regularly.
- The air conditioner was positioned in a way that it blew directly onto the bed, which was uncomfortable, especially at night.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, und die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, um die Altstadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

I loved everything about the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Ömer and Gamze at the reception for their warm welcome and excellent assistance, as well as Leyla in the restaurant for her kindness and attentive service. I would also like to thank the housekeeping staff member on the first floor. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but she was very professional, always smiling, and extremely kind.
The hotel's location is excellent and close to public transportation, making it very easy to get around Istanbul. My stay was very comfortable, and I would be happy to return to this hotel again in the future.

Nothing. Everything met my expectations, and I had a very pleasant stay.
