The hotel itself was decent and offers good value for a one-night stay. The room was acceptable, and although the breakfast was quite basic, it was sufficient.

Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was disappointing. The check-in process took an excessively long time, and what happened afterwards was even more concerning. A staff member offered to exchange my euros for Turkish lira and claimed that all exchange offices were closed because it was the weekend. He offered a very poor exchange rate. I refused, and after leaving the hotel I found that many exchange offices nearby were open. It was clear that I had been given false information in an attempt to make me accept an unfair exchange rate.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and seriously damages the trust guests should have in hotel staff. Apart from this incident, the hotel was fine for an inexpensive overnight stay, but I was very disappointed by this attempted deception.

Tout est très bien. Le personnel est fantastique que cela soit à la réception (Ganze) ou celui du petit déjeuner ( Leïla, chef Bahar et Aynur). Le petit déjeuner est très bon, complet, varié avec une soupe différente tous les jours. L'emplacement est à 50 m du tramway qui mène directement au centre ville en moins de 10 mn. Très belle expérience.
