Der Hotelier und die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet und das Frühstück in Sachen Preis/Leistung wirklich gut.
Mein Zimmer scheint sehr laienhaft renoviert worden zu sein und die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Es ist recht hellhörig ubd ich hätte mich sicherer gefühlt, wenn es ein zusätzliches Türschloss gegeben hätte.

Location was perfect,but the breakfast was something else
Linen need to be changed everyday,was there for 6days and still used the same linen until my stay was over. There must at least have an electric jug to boil water for tea when ever you want it instead of going to the kitchen always.

Good location, friendly staff and included breakfast
The whole hotel needs a restoration. Rooms are worn out, furniture is old and squeaky, walls need to be painted, floor replaced. Bathrooms are moldy and stained. It is mostly just that old, not particularly dirty, even though there was quite some dust in corners and rooms had a funky smell.

Although my room was for non-smocking, but it was full of smoke and when I complained to the receptionist, she said that there is alarm for smoke detection, that was in floor 5, happened in the first and third nights
After I insisted to Chang the room, they shifted me in floor number 1 which was clean with no smoking indication.
In my third night, there was a meeting room in the 5th floor, very loud music and songs coming out from it, I informed the receptionist, she said they will stop after one hour, but nothing happened even after 3 hours until I changed my room.
The receptionist in the night duty on 7th march 2024 was rude when I was politely explaining to her the smocking and music problems, she tried to ignore my complaints without any respect. I think she must be treated well before dealing with guests
Those issues does not meant the hotel is bad, oppositely, the location and hotel overall is good and recommended as well.
Very good location, overlooking the Kadıköy pier, there are places to walk around, from this place there is a great connection to all important places. Good Turkish breakfast, very kind and friendly staff, comfortable bed.
The room smelled of cigarettes when I arrived. The hotel is neat but it just needs renovation and it will be very good :)
