I strongly do not recommend this property. My stay was extremely disappointing on many levels. From the beginning, it was very noisy, making it difficult to rest. The room was small and not properly clean. Additionally, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful.
The most serious situation happened while I was taking a shower – the glass shower panel suddenly fell off and shattered while I was inside. I got cut and was bleeding. It was a very dangerous situation that could have ended much worse. This clearly resulted from poor technical condition, the hinges simply came off, which shows a complete lack of maintenance and concern for guest safety.
The hotel’s response was completely inadequate. I was given only two small bandages, which was almost a joke in such a situation. The only thing they offered was extending our stay by one hour (it was our check-out day) and moving us to another room so we could shower …
After returning home, I tried to contact the property, but they never responded. I also reported the case to Booking, but unfortunately the hotel did not cooperate to resolve the issue.
Overall, this was a huge disappointment. The property is poorly maintained, unsafe, and shows no real care for guests. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

La habitación era muy bonita ,con nevera y hervidor.El último día como nos íbamos pronto nos prepararon unos sándwiches para llevar
El baño muy pequeño y había hormigas,aunque no fueron un problema. E l desayuno repetitivo,pero bien,el café no incluido

Pésimo WiFi. En la foto habitación parece grande, pero es muy chica.
La habitación es tal como la muestran en imágenes, estaba muy bien calefaccionada. Nos tocó el segundo piso, es por escalera (ojo con el equipaje pesado ya que no posee servicio de botones). La ducha excelente temperatura. Las sábanas y colchón en perfecto estado. Como servicio adicional había una pava eléctrica con café, té y una botella de agua mineral. La recepción es 24 horas. El servicio de desayuno es muy completo. La ubicación es ideal, tener en cuenta que para salir es en subida (tómense en Uber) pero para volver es en bajada!! Se puede caminar bien, está muy cerca del gran bazar, la mezquita azul, Santa Sofía y los lugares característicos del casco histórico.
Todo fue bueno, si vas con mucho equipaje está justo el espacio pero es tal cual informan.

Este la 20 min distanță de pe jos de principalele atracții turistice.
Aproape de multe restaurante și cafenele autentice.
Micul dejun a fost bun și pe săturate , se servește la un restaurant de pe aceeași stradă.
În fiecare zi s-au schimbat ștergarele și s-a aranjat camera ce e super fain.
Personalul a fost amabil și receptiv, ne-a ajutat cu tot si ne-a oferit servicii la un preț foarte bun. Le mulțumim pentru asta.
Cafea nu este inclusă în micul dejun, se achită separat, este la un preț foarte accesibil și are un gust bun.
Poziția față de tramvai ar fi un minus pentru persoanele mai în vârstă sau care merg mai greu. Hotelul este poziționat în vale cam la 15 min de stația de tramvai.
Vederea din cameră este spre alt perete,nu este dramatic dar ar putea pune niște plante pentru a colora un pic vederea din camera.
Camera a fost ca pe pagina booking, confortabila, frumos amenajată, TV mare, patul confortabil, baia bine dotata, curat. Cartier liniștit, nu se auzeau tare rugaciunile de la moschee (era ceva distanță). Amplasarea - la 15 min pe jos până la Moscheea Albastră. Dejun gustos, variat, copios. La plecare la ora 6 dimineața ne-au servit cu dejun la pachet. Administratorul a fost disponibil non-stop.

The check in process was a drag, after a long day & over an hour in an uber. I really wanted to put my feet down and sit. But sadly the check in process was sad :( . They don’t tell you, you have to go to door 19, a small door, white on the side that’s labeled something else and ring the doorbell there and wait for someone. This was uncomfortable considering it was 30 degrees out and wet. But after we checked in the manager came and was very calm and helped me.
