Cons:

Rooms are with bad smell like cockroaches .

In the photos rooms shows new but actually rooms are very bad with bad smell .

Needs. Loyalty from the part of Owner of the Hotel .
Pros:

There is too much difference between Online discription of the hotel & that actual.
Stay for Driver not being made available on request..but subsequently it was allowed after long discussion.../ without any Cost.

Overall Hotel is good - but ofcourse needs some
Improvement & valuable added service - after
Booking amount rec'd. to the Owner.
One Cup Tea Cost is Rs.25 charged...it is tobe
reduced in the range of Rs.15 to Rs.20. ..our opinion.

However, overall Location is nice one - as it seems
recently the Hotel starts in Agriculture area - surrounding the Hotel.

Cons:

Area Location of Hotel is on very remote place..needs
development in hotel rooms / facilities - as seen
on Online for rent.

Location is peaceful - having many 🌴 trees surrounding the Hotel. It creates pleasant
for the customer stay.
Overall the Hotel is good for family stay.

We travel around 40 km more and wasted our time and not able to visit all spot of Jabalpur......

Location is far from city

Cons:

This is not a hotel but you can say marriage garden with rooms.....
