Some rooms need maintenance
Pros:

We are grateful that the owner issued us a full refund when we decided to cancel our booking due to maintenance issues with the room we were allocated. It’s a great location but property needs to be cared for a bit more.

Cons:

There was no hot water in our room and no proper door on the bathroom. We were told to use a shared bathroom even though we had specifically booked a room with a private bathroom. We decided to cancel our booking and go elsewhere.

Tolles Hotel mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre! Alles war stets sehr sauber und das Personal, besonders Monalisa, sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Von ihr konnte ich mir sowohl lokale Empfehlungen einholen, als auch den Transport von und zum Flughafen organisieren. Das Frühstück war stets sehr gut mit unter anderem einer Auswahl an frischen Früchten. Zum Strand sind es nur rund Hundert Meter; im Hotel ist zudem eine Aussendusche für nach dem Baden vorhanden.

Good value for the money
Pros:

The house is located 50m from the beach and you can find a lot of shops and restaurants arround. The breakfast was very good. Very friendly stuff - we had a flat tyre and they helped us to rapidly repair it.

Cons:

It was a bit difficult to find it initially - it's located on the second line after the beach in the middle with local houses. The light was not working in the bathroom of one of the rooms (though we asked, they could not repair it). On high tide the water reaches the yards of the hotels on the first line and there is literally no beach left.

A éviter c est un pas un hôtel c’est un taudisl la chambre était un four pas de Clim un ventilateur pas d eau chaude une seul fois une bouteille d eau Prise électrique qui fonctionne pas ménage pas fait petit déjeuner pas terrible hôtel entourer de déchets au bout de 2 jours on à changer d hôtel aucun remboursement La propriétaire nous à vendu des puces de téléphone d occasion qui fonctionnait même pas et a oublié de nous rentré notre monnaie

Pros:

Wir waren für 5 Nächte im Mudi House und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft ist im Dorf und nur eine Minute vom Strand entfernt. Es kann manchmal bisschen lauter werden, aber das fanden wir jetzt nicht wirklich störend. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker, mit Früchten, Ei, Gebäck und einem Saft. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen

L hôtel est bien placer. Les gens sont adorables et serviable avec le sourire tous les jours
Le déjeuner est exellent.
Manque juste un petit crochet et une glace dans la chambre.

Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό! Μας βοηθησε σε διάφορες δραστηριότητες, το πρωινό πολύ καλό και το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Fatuma για όλα!

Cons:

Δεν είχε γεννήτρια κ αυτο είναι πολύ σημαντικό για τη Ζανζιβαρη όπου κάνει συχνά πολύώρες διακοπές ρεύματος. Κάναμε μπάνιο με κρύο νερό εξαιτίας αυτού κ κοιμόμασταν σε ασφυκτικά ζεστό δωμάτιο γιατί δεν λειτουργούσε ο ανεμιστήρας. Το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρό.

Ok for a short budget stay/ nothing fancy. But if that's your thing: go for it!
Pros:

I was warmly welcomed by the hosts, Mona Lisa and Fatma, whose hospitality truly made me feel at home. Their kindness and attention to detail went above and beyond — whether it was arranging taxis, organizing excursions and they ensured every part of my stay was comfortable and memorable Booking.com.

The property itself is clean, cozy, and peaceful, BUT things could be improved! Breakfast was functional. Hotel's location is just a two-minute walk from the beach - if thats your thing! And there are plenty of places to eat nearby, including the plaza, which is a short walk to the main road.

Cons:

Location is off the main road and not a mainstream location. I visited in December and the rooms were hot/ no AC (understandable given the price) but they provided a fan, which wasn't all that effective. And perhaps an isolated incident: But I never had good water pressure and always found it to be a trickle! Perhaps my expectations were not in line with the budget offerings in Jambiani.
