Pros:

Das Hotel ist liebenswert mit vielen schönen Details gestaltet, wunderschönes Zimmer mit Meerblick, sehr gutes Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Nahmen sogar auf glutenfreies Essen Rücksicht. Absolut empfrhlenswert.

Un bout de paradis !
Pros:

Voilà une résidence à dimension familiale qui est tout simplement extraordinaire ! L’endroit est idyllique,la plage magnifique,les chambres,les repas,le personnel,tout était plus que parfait. On a adoré et si l’on devait revenir à zanzibar,on y retournerait sans la moindre hésitation ! Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre gentillesse et vos magnifiques sourires.

Peaceful paradise
Pros:

Beautiful location with breathtaking beach views. Room was very spacious and modern.
Villa Juliana is very quiet and peaceful; the perfect place for me to unwind.

Cons:

No A/C in the room, but only a fan. Not a big issue, because the nice sea breeze was cooling me off at night.

Pros:

le petit déjeuner hyper copieux , délicieux et bien présenté.
la nourriture très variés et bonne
le professionnalisme du personnel
la vue incroyable avec une décoration soignées ( des fleurs fraîches remis régulièrement)
la chambre parfaite avec tout le nécessaire
Je recommande à 100% cette hôtel !

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une excursion avec l’hôtel à jozani forest et nous avons payée 70$ pour voir des fourmis rouges ainsi que des singes nourris pour rester près de la boutique de souvenir ( le guide nous a dit on peu marcher 7km sans en voir un , alors qu’il sont directement nourris à 200m du départ de la balade ) je ne recommande pas mais c’est indépendant de l’hôtel

empfehlenswerte kleine Unterkunft mit familiärem Charakter
Pros:

Sehr schöne kleine Unterkunft direkt am Strand mit traumhaftem Blick auf (Pool), Strand und Meer. Unser Zimmer lag direkt zwischen Rezeption und Personalunterkunft, es war daher manchmal am sehr frühen Morgen etwas "unruhig". Das Problem dürfte bei den anderen Zimmern nicht bestehen. Da unser Rückflug 9 Stunden Verspätung hatte, durften wir am Abreisetag unentgeltlich bis 18:00 Uhr in unserem Zimmer bleiben, das war super!! Das Personal war immer nett und bemüht, Frühstück ist ok, Portionen groß. Abends kann man ohne Probleme am Strand (oder durchs Dorf) zu zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars laufen, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir würden wieder dort übernachten.

Tres déçus car les notes ne reflètent pas la réalité
Pros:

Jolie vue depuis l’espace terrasse à côté de la chambre au premier étage. Gentillesse du personnel, mais comme partout à Zanzibar.
Espace douche fermé près de la piscine à disposition pour les départs tardifs appréciable .
Petit déjeuner correct .

Cons:

Les fenêtres de la chambre n’ont pas de vitres et la mosquée est juste à côté donc on est réveillé par l’appel a la prière à 4h du matin.
Pas de frigo dans la chambre , donc l’eau mise à votre disposition est chaude.
Une seule prise dans toute la chambre, aucune au chevet.
La douchette était cassée et a été le second jour au soir .
Le concept de cet hôtel est que cette chambre a sa table pour son repas à côté de la chambre donc on prend ses repas seuls, pas très convivial pour un dîner.
Pour le petit déjeuner , ni buffet ni carte, nous étions au premier étage et il fallait descendre pour commander.
La piscine était complètement défraîchie. La peinture était écaillée. Cela ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos de Booking.
Attention à cet endroit de la plage, il y a les cultures d’algues, et ce n’est pas possible de se baigner, il faut marcher beaucoup plus loin.

Little slice of paradise!
Amazing location right at the beach but including loads of palm trees for shade, beautiful decoration with shells and flowers, spacious and very well kept rooms, lots of places to lounge or sit, very friendly staff, and really nice pool with a shallow bit that allows you to lie down and look out. Every morning they serve you delicious breakfast at your own convenience, with options for ordering lunch and dinner.

Cons:

Only thing to be aware of is that the villas are close to local houses which can cause some noise.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit einem tollen Team. Bester Service, super Frühstück und sehr gutes Essen.

Cons:

Nichts, lediglich die Verkäufer am Strand, die bis zum Zaun des Hotels kommen und die Gäste ständig belästigen sind nervig. Und während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde in der Nähe des Hotels nachts etwas verbrannt, so dass alles nach Rauch roch. Aber für die beiden Punkte kann das Hotel nichts.

Schöne Unterkunft allerdings nichts für ruhesuchende.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einem schönen Strand. Gutes Frühstück & Essen in der Unterkunft vorhanden.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir zunächst das Zimmer an der Küche/Rezeption welches extrem laut war und uns kaum schlafen lassen hat. Des Weiteren ist nebenan eine Moschee was wir in keiner Bewertung gelesen haben - um 4:20 h ging der Muezzin los so dass nicht mehr an Schlaf zu denken war.

Pros:

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Villa Juliana. The staff were very helpful and obliging. The breakfast was great, with plenty to eat. The location is fabulous, right on the beach. The views from the property are beautiful out to sea. There were plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance with lots of choice.

Cons:

Sometimes, there wasn't enough towels making them slow to be replaced and the bedrooms were a little sparse with minimal furniture. However, these were very minor inconveniences rather than big problems. Overall we had a great stay.
