Everything was great!
Pros:

Was such a beautiful place to stay at and probably in the best location of Kanazowa. Would highly recommend. Staff are just so lovely. Rooms are super comfortable and clean. We had such a lovely stay. They even got the snow off our car for us before we left!

We were very satisfied with the rooms and the location. The manager was extremely helpful in all aspects, including making suggestions for dinner and making the reservations.

A quiet and luxurious stay in a beautiful part of Kanazawa.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Walking distance to many of the attractions of Higashiyama area and close also to the bus without being on a main road.
The bed was supremely comfortable, the bathroom impeccable. I appreciated the bathing products. Breakfast was served in my room and was great quality and generous. Local wagashi sweets daily was a welcome touch. The staff were very helpful and recommended a few fantastic restaurants that I tried and enjoyed. They also recommended some out of the way walks following my inquiry.

Cons:

Nothing really. An outstanding property run by people who are about what they’re doing.

Séjour superbe, emplacement extra
Pros:

Séjour parfait 👍
Emplacement exceptionnel en plein quartier des Geishas, les chambres spacieuses et confortables, les conseils avisés du personnel.

Cons:

Le service du petit déjeuner est assuré sous forme de box chaudes livrées directement dans la chambre, c’est dommage qu’il n’y ai plus un service à table. Il est difficile de prendre le petit déjeuner à l’extérieur car le jour où nous avions décommandé nos petits déjeuners (un samedi) tous les cafés du quartier n’ouvraient que vers 9h ou 10h ce qui n’est pas très pratique.

Pros:

the location is great! the beds were really comfortable.

Cons:

although the parking is free and they provided a tiny dessert, there is no other service or any added value at all. it doesn't really match the price.

An excellent place to relax in beautiful surroundings.
Pros:

Extremely clean, thoughtful, beautiful space in an excellent location.

Cons:

While this was the most comfortable bed we had on our trip to Japan, it was still more firm than I prefer. It was also extremely warm in the room, but we could open the window to cool down.

Inadequate for many reasons, cannot recommend.
Pros:

Went up to the room, looked for the safe to take care of valuables. Couldn't find it. Looked for the phone to call reception. Couldn't find it. Theme here. No phone, no safe (at my partner pointed out, in case of a medical emergency you cannot call receptionist). Mattresses on floor, not futon, just mattresses. Slid around. No "bedside" table for water or glasses. This is all bad so far. Gets worse. "Breakfast" are what appear to be left-overs from a restaurant, the time it is brought to your room must be requested the night before. No breakfast food, old pasta, beef, fried rice. Served cold in a strange contraption that looks like a bento box - you pull a string and it heats up, after 10 minutes you eat it. Absolutely terrible. Old food, no actual breakfast items, essentially no choice. No coffee or tea anywhere downstairs. Some supplies in the room, but inadequate. We were offered, after much discussion, coupons to go to the fish market, a 25 minute walk away to have some kind of fish/rice bowl in lieu of breakfast. OK, but again, not breakfast, and very inconvenient, too far. The hotel runs on a minimum of staffing. Vastly overpriced. Cannot recommend it at all, other than fairly clean and quiet, in a good location.

Fantàstica ubicació per explorar la Kanazawa antiga. El personal fantàstic.
Pros:

El lloc va ser perfecte, al cor del barri antic, ens permetia visitar-lo sense gent a primera hora del matí. El personal super amable ens va ajudar en tot el que vam necessitar, fins i tot ens va demanar un taxi. L'habitació era molt còmode i vam sentir-nos molt a gust.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem kleinen, feinen Hotel
Pros:

Ein wunderbares Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz und japanischer Atmosphäre und liebevollen Details. Kleine Wagashi begrüßten uns. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns beim Buchen von Taxis umstandslos sofort geholfen. Das japanische Frühstück kam in selbsterhitzenden Boxen von einem Restaurant und hatte eine ausgezeichnete Qualität. Das Restaurant nebenan bot uns Gelegenheit, mit einem Omakase Menü die regionale und saisonale Küche zu genießen. Erstklassige Lage.
