Pros:

ビジネスホテルより広かった

Cons:

チェックイン時にフロントにスタッフ不在の為、備え付けの電話でスタッフとやり取りが出来たが、チェックアウト時にもスタッフが居なかったので電話したら繋がらなかった。
留守電には残したが良かったのか不明。

お部屋が綺麗だった
共用のシャワー、トイレも綺麗でよかったです。

Cons:

シャワー室は、3階が女性用、4階が男性用と分かれているのですが、荷物を置くロッカーやドライヤーがある脱衣場の扉は鍵が掛かりません。（当たり前）
各部屋に水道がないからか、泊まっている人数が少ないから誰にも会わないだろうと鷹をくくったのか分かりませんが、お手洗いから戻ると女性用のシャワールームでコップに水を汲んでいる男性に遭遇しました。何もなかったですがちょっと怖かったです。

シャワー部屋には鍵を掛けられるので、不安な方はその中に全部荷物を持ち込んで着替えたりするのがいいと思います。

設備自体はとても綺麗で、よかったです。

あと、ホテルにエレベーターはなくて割と急で狭めの階段しかないので、荷物が重たいときはちょっと頑張らないといけないかもです。

A localização era otima, perto de paradas de onibus, diversos restaurantes e kombinis ha menos de 4 min de caminhada. Os banheiros compartilhados eram limpos e organizados.
