I regretfully leaving negative feedback here thinking the owner will learn and improve.

. The female owner/manager (not the receptionist) left a negative impression during our visit. Her approach lacked the level of professionalism and hospitality one would expect in a customer-focused environment. It may be beneficial for her to pursue further training in hospitality management and guest relations, including exposure to best practices demonstrated by reputable five-star hotels.

Additionally, there is considerable room for improvement in her professional communication skills, particularly in interactions with guests, to ensure a more welcoming and respectful experience.
