Pros:

Good location close to the main road - but not too close. Did an afternoon drive which did not start perfectly but staff and management tried their best - so all good. Great experience. Dinner on the first night was very classy. Well trained staff and perfect setup. Free wine since the drive did not go so well. Thanks for that. Breakfast was good standard. In general, people were very friendly and that always helps. Things do not need to be perfect. We stayed at the new self-catering tents section and we pretty happy with that.

Cons:

The request that everything has to be pre-booked and paid including meals and activities. After all, credit cards are accepted so I could really figure out the sense of these rules. The reception staff seemed somewhat clueless and bored. After all with everybody being resevered, pre-booked and paid - guest arrivals should not be as surprising? Dinner drinks had to be paid right away and were not to be put on the room. On the second night after a long day trip, staff members comes running at 7:30 pm asking for our presence at the dinner (which is until 9 pm). Once we reach, it turns out staff was doing some dance show and seemingly wanted to maximize attention / tips.

Pros:

Nice diner under the stars but expensive menu for Namibia. I would either choose the campsite or the lodge. The tent options is not this interesting

Pros:

The accommodation was in a tent with a bathroom, with no air conditioning but with a fan. The outdoor terrace included a fridge, tap, and sink, which were very convenient for preparing food independently. Early in the morning, we walked towards the community camp and went down to the riverbed. A must!!

Cons:

Keep in mind that there are mosquitoes and it can get hot at night.

Pros:

Être en pleine nature. La partie à l’extérieur des tentes. Le personnel était réactif. Le calme . Tente de luxe. Idéal pour les amoureux de la nature

Cons:

Coupure d’électricité mais indépendant de la volonté du personnel. Malheureusement nous avons perdu ce que nous avions mis au frigo.
Il a fallu deux fois demander de mettre à nouveau l’eau chaude pourtant chauffer au gaz . Le personnel a vite réagit. Malheureusement nous nous sommes douchés deux fois à l’eau froide.

Pros:

Beautiful setting, friendly and helpful staff , pool area lovely in the heat! Comfortable accommodation in tents.

Cons:

Communication about outings can be better. Not all tents have the fridge and utensil box , so ask for that in advance.

Wunderschöne Anlage in atemberaubender Umgebung.
Pros:

Das sehr nette und aufmerksame Personal,
das Frühstück und besonders das Abendessen.
Man fragt sich, wie es diese Lodge schafft, trotz der Abgeschiedenheit, solch hervorragend zubereitete Speisen zu servieren.
Und die spannende Safari in das Gebiet der Elefanten mit unserem hervorragenden Guide namens Kanu.

Cons:

WLAN nicht oder nur gegen Bezahlung vorhanden.

Assaggio di campeggio in mezzo al nulla e al cielo stellato
Pros:

Questo soggiorno in tenda ma non in tenda ti permettere di apprezzare un cielo stupendo infinito.
Nelle tende e fuori, l’essenziale senza rinunciare alla comodità.
Se arrivate al lodge nel pomeriggio da sud, la strada sarà piena di springboek, zebre, giraffe.

Cons:

Lato cibo rivedibile, migliorante quello renderebbe il soggiorno completamente soddisfacente.
