Част от общинския път до хотела беше в много лошо състояние.
Тишината, разположението, сауната, персонала...Всичко вкупом ни предоставиха пълноценна почивка за цялото семейство!
Явно е имало поройни дъждове и са отнесли част от настилката на пътя към хотела. Всичко останало беше идеално!
The place in front of the river was amazing. Very peaceful. The room and the bed were very comfortable. The restaurant was ok with big portions. Everyone was friendly.
The breakfast was inadequate , no juice (fresh or whatever) no tea, broken cups and no fruits. Poor healthy choices. Also the food in the restaurant had neither healthy choices and just one person who spoke English but not good enough to understand what we wanted to ordered.
Beautiful location, in the forest/woods, very dreamy and calm. That was the reason I booked it. You're surrounded by nature and you get a nice view from your balcony as well. The room was alright, they gave us a triple room instead the double I booked so it was spacious, had hot water, shampoo, shower gel, mini fridge, tea, coffee, kettle. Seems like in the summer/spring it would be a great experience to be there with the pools and jacuzzi, the saunas and everything, and the photos show that it's well maintained during that time, so I would love to return sometime during these seasons. I think if this hotel is managed and maintained properly all year round, it has a lot of potential.
When we arrived, there wasn't anyone at the reception desk. So we had to call the number and no one was picking up. After waiting for about half an hour, finally, someone picked up and told us the receptionist would be coming soon. About 10 minutes after an older man arrived that spoke no English, however he was kind. After translating on Google, we managed to understand each other. And he gave us the key and left. When we asked if we would have breakfast next morning, he was kind of hesitant, but then he said, ah, yes. And when we asked about the sauna and the jacuzzi, I think he explained that the jacuzzi wouldn't work because of the cold temperature, which was unfortunate for us. And he said he would open the sauna, but in the morning, which was not what we wanted, siince we had to live in the morning. So he actually did open and prepare the sauna next morning, but like, I mentioned, we had to go. I'm pretty sure there was breakfast as well but we didn't actually go because after his hesitant response we weren't really sure so we just slept in. Also didn't like was the fact that there was no staff at the hotel. From the time we checked in and the man left, till the next morning. There were no other customers, so it was just us in the entire hotel. I felt kind of unsafe. It was a creepy knowing that we were literally unprotected, and alone in such a secluded area, and if we needed something, it was hard to reach someone through the phone. My opinion is that since this hotel is not busy at all during winter times you should just close it instead of having it open, poorly maintained with no staff and not a lot of attention given to the customers. I think it's a shame cause if it were another season we would have a better experience. Also I asked for a double bed, and they didn't even reply to that request, so although the hotel was empty we had to sleep on two singles as a couple.

Gorgeous location at the foot of beatiful beech woods rising up into the mountains. The receptionist was helpful when I arrived.
The bathroom was filthy, mould on the walls and the door falling apart from damp. The restaurant was closed in the evening (despite it being promised by the receptionist that it would be open until late). Breakfast was poor -- the omelette was so bad I abandoned it, there was no milk, or yoghurt, or butter, but at least I could eat the tomato and the cucumber. The EV charger needs you to download the app to use it, ugh.
Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε ειδυλλιακή τοποθεσία, μέσα στο δάσος και δίπλα στο χωριό. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος έχει μέτωπο προς το δάσος, τραπεζάκια έξω και μια καταπληκτική κατασκευή σαν γυάλινο δωμάτιο (με θέρμανση, τζάκι και καναπέδες) όπου μπορείς να φας ή να πιεις τον καφέ σου και να νιώθεις ότι βρίσκεσαι σε παραμύθι. Τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ μεγάλα και με όλες τις ανέσεις που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος κατά τη διαμονή του κι επίσης πολύ ζεστά, με ρυθμιζόμενα fan coils και κλιματιστικό μηχάνημα. Είχε ζεστό νερό όλη την ημέρα, σαπούνι χεριών - σαμπουάν - αφρόλουτρο σε μεγάλες συσκευασίες και θερμαντικό σώμα στο μπάνιο όπου μπορείς να στεγνώσεις πετσέτες & ρούχα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και με έξτρα μαξιλάρια και κουβέρτα στην ντουλάπα. Το πρωινό ήταν το καλύτερο που έχουμε συναντήσει στη Βουλγαρία μέχρι στιγμής, με μπουφέ που είχε αρκετές επιλογές. Θα ξαναπήγαινα άνετα.
Το προσωπικό δεν μιλάει λέξη αγγλικά ή ελληνικά, εκτός από 2-3 άτομα, πράγμα που κάνει τη συνεννόηση αρκετά δύσκολη, παρά τις καλές προθέσεις τους. Είχαμε 3 διανυκτερεύσεις και δεν μπήκε κανείς στο δωμάτιο να καθαρίσει, ή να αλλάξει πετσέτες ή έστω να ελέγξει αν όλα είναι εντάξει. Η τηλεόραση έπιανε μόνο βουλγαρικά κανάλια και ούτε ένα δορυφορικό.
Το κυριότερο και πιο επείγον βέβαια είναι η βελτίωση του δρόμου πρόσβασης από το χωριό προς το ξενοδοχείο: πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να φτιάξετε το κομμάτι αυτό του δρόμου που δεν είναι στρωμένο με άσφαλτο ή τσιμέντο. Είναι κρίμα για 50 μέτρα δρόμο να αδικείται ένα τόσο όμορφο και προσεγμένο κατάλυμα. Βάλτε και μια μεγάλη πινακίδα στην αυλόπορτα του ξενοδοχείου "HOTEL" :). Κάποιος που έρχεται πρώτη φορά δεν καταλαβαίνει ότι έχει φτάσει!
Σημειώνω ότι αυτές οι παρατηρήσεις δεν είναι ακριβώς παράπονα, αλλά έχουν στόχο την βελτίωσή σας και δεν μειώνουν σε τίποτα την γενικά άριστη εντύπωση που σχηματίσαμε για το κατάλυμά σας.

Много добра локация, разположен в края на селото и началото на планинските екопътеки. Преминаващата рекичка се чува денонощно от прозорците на стаите. Отзивчив персонал. Добра хигиена. Богати порции и вкусна храна в ресторанта. Изключително приятно място за почивка близо до планината.
