Bazeni vrlo dobri

Osoblje na recepciji crna djevojka pravila se da nezna nijednu riječ Hrvatski-Bosanski a nedaj bože osmjeha.Hrana osobito vecera katastrofa ni mirisa ni okusa pa smo probali naručiti van ponude i sto smo dobili bez dekoracije tanjira 1 kg pomfrita i komad mesa bez okusa i mirisa.Osoblje na bazenu srednja zalost bar su sa osmjehom radile,a redar u bazenu ogroman tip sa gostima razgovara sa visokim tonom pa se nije moglo odmarati.Muzika odnosno glazba nije bilo pa se cuje svaki pokret gostiju cak zvuk konzumacije hrane.Osblje u restoranu ljubazno istice se gospoða Ankiza.Slavina i odvod u umivaoniku već su sve od korozije staro sigurno 30 godina.Objekat ni u kom slučaju ne može nosti etiketu 4 zvijezdice već eventualno,maxsimalno 3 zvjezdice.samousluzni restoran je tipa bolničke hrane

Hotel potreben obnove.
Cons:

Zajtrk nič posebnega. noben nivo 4 zvezdic. Postreži si to kar imamo. Manjkal mi je kotiček priprave zajtrka v živo, nap. jajčka,... Nič svežih sokov samo iz avtomata. Enak zajterk dobiš tudi naslednji dan. pogrešala sem raznolikost in posebnost zajtrka za Prekmurje in ponudba l iz lokalnih ponudnikov, domače. Bila sem 10.10. -12.10. v sobi smo našli veliko mrtvih smrdljivcev. V sobi je bilo vroče, če sem balkon odprla so novi smrdljici vstopili notri. V sobi ni bilo hlajenja, ker so svoj zasterel sistem že priklopili na ogrevanje. Hladili sva se z kolegico, če sva odprli vrata v hodniku. Groza. V recepciji mi niso mogli pomagati glede hlajenja. Vse sobe imajo tako. Zastarel sistem ne morejo preklopiti na hlajenje.

Happy to have tried it but would not go back
Pros:

We were upgraded and got a bigger room than expected
The facilities are quite good, a pity about the lack of cleanliness

Cons:

The pool area does not appear very clean with green moss and black marks everywhere..the type that a high pressure cleaner could get rid of
In addition, there doesn't seem to be a limit to the number of people they accept so the jacuzzis were crowded, not very invited
Food is not great at the buffet
